Decoration a little bland - some pictures would improve aesthetics. This is a very noisey and busy road surrounded by bars and restaurants. The windows are glazed and when shut you cannot hear outside but if you want fresh air this could be problematic although there is air conditioning

We were at the top of the building & had to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs. Would be helpful to make this clear in the accommodation details so that people are prepared.

Person on reception made arrival really easy. Really friendly as we were delayed. Great location - right in the heart of things. Member of staff gave great recommendation for local restaurant & helped with booking a taxi firm. Breakfast came in a box each morning. Plenty for the three of us. Room was spacious & quiet. Good sound proofing

The location is fabulous. At the heart of Bairro Alto, close to a lot of great attractions! The staff were very helpful and the apartment is very well equipped! Regarding the noise on the streets, although most of the reviews mention this, we had no issues. As mentioned here, They recently replaced all windows, and we had not problems with both our rooms that had windows to the Main Street: great night of sleep!

Well appointed spacious appartment; it was quiet as the appartment faced an inner courtyard. The breakfast was generous. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was good to wander around the old town.

Be aware that if you want to use the sofa bed, you need to ask ahead of time. They were unable to provide bedding for us.

This property is in a great location. The elevator makes it easy to get to the top floors, and the rooftop patio had some great views. It was very very clean and very well appointed. Breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning, and had plenty of food and variety! The transfer service to the airport was great.

The location was good for waking to lots of places in the city but is in a VERY noisy area! Loud bar noise from across the street from about 4pm until early hours. Breakfast wasn’t good, good selection but all processed, packaged stuff. Nothing fresh except a bruised apple. Shower very low for a tall person and ran cold after a little while.

Lovely well designed space, comfortable bed, clean and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

Location was difficult for me as I have arthritis. Extremely hilly coming from downtown. However, there was a lovely atmosphere in the area around the apartment- great bars & restaurants. I would also recommend changing the shower in our bathroom - it was difficult to get the correct temperature & the shower head was too high for me to adjust so I was nervous of scalding myself.

The locaton is supercrazy, but fun, it is in the middle of party zone. So if you are looking for quiet stay, don't go.

a very unpleasant girl at the reception who will treat you like you are nobody.... it was very unpleasant! her English is very unclear…. you will need to provide a credit card upon check-in!! because they think that you are using their minibar and not paying! no welcome bottle of water!! everything for money! 1.5 euros for a small bottle of water... the room had a dirty, sticky floor, my request to remove it was apparently sent somewhere far away.... they never cleaned it up... it was very unpleasant...

spacious room! dishwasher, this is important when you cook with children. loyal senior hotel manager who helped me resolve issues. There is a baby bath, a bathrobe and slippers, a special thank you for this.

The night club downstairs at the corner, music and boise is very loud till 5 am Some stuff is run down, like our duvet didn't have cover and was old with holes in it. The carpet was very old.

The location is in barrio alto with many restaurants. The room was on the top floor. Looked comfortable. The breakfast was brought into the room abd had some cold cuts, chese, bread , butter,l, some apples, coffe capsules. Shower was good with nice pressure. Good value for the money if you don't care about outside nose all night

Could use a manual to operate the stove and dishwasher. Not intuitive. Never did get the stove to work to boil water. There is noise from nearby bars, but I turned on my sound generating white noise machine and kept the windows closed and had no issues.

Great location! Lovely breakfast with enough food to cover breakfast and another meal. It consisted of lots of buns, ham, cheese, salami, coffee, jam, spreadable cheese, butter, apples, yogurt, milk and juice. It was the same everyday but always generous. Staff are helpful. When we checked in, the staff member carried up the one suitcase two flights of stairs. Before going to the property, I asked if the taxi would take me to the door and was told that Bolt and Uber would go to the main road, which they gave me. It was a very short walk to reception. I'm glad I asked for this information in advance, so I was prepared. Had a wonderful visit over 8 days.

There is a night club a few doors down and the noise is awful. Every night 11pm-3am, constant noise and people shouting and screaming. Really spoilt it for us.

The water leaked from the shower cabin a little, but not too much. The neighbourhood is loud in the evening.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, big space. Location is kinda great, its close to the city centre, but be aware that the height differences in the city make it difficult to go anywhere by foot, even for smaller distances. Breakfast is good, they deliver it in a basket at the time you ask to your door. Good idea.

There is next to zero to complain. If I need to complain anything it would be that the breakfast could include fresher components and the room warmer and quieter, as the street is very loud. However, that is what one is looking for when choosing to stay at Bairro Alto, so not really an issue.

The apartment was excellent, with great location and view. Super clean and cozy. It was the best accommodation I have been in Lisbon so far. I will come back for sure.
