The rooms are a bit dated, so they could do with an update. The kitchen could do with some proper drinking glasses, a bottle opener, a better kettle and much bigger coffee cups! We went near the end of the season (the last week of October) so there were no bar facilities or restaurant facilities open in the hotel. The swimming pool was very cold!

The location of the hotel is really good. It's directly behind the supermarket which is ideal if you are self catering. The supermarket has fast food restaurants like Burger King, a coffee shop etc. Directly across the road from the supermarket is a McDonalds. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was cleaned daily and all the corridors and reception area's were clean and tidy. We had a two bedroom apartment, the rooms were big and we had a big open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. A taxi from the old town cost between €3.00-€4.00 so very cheap. It was roughly €4.00 to the new town.

Lack of open facilities. No bar, restaurant, laundry facilities etc etc etc due to it being ‘out of season’. Suggestion that we needed to pay 300 euros cash deposit on check in in case of damages. The room had many small damages and it would have been a big issue if I was refused my deposit back. Thankfully I didn’t end up paying it but others had to.

The staff!! The rudest, unfriendly and unhelpful staff I’ve ever experienced and it wasn’t just one that was bad, they all were.

There was no facilities that are advertised as having at hotel. ie no pool snack bar and no standard bar. Restaurant was closed so unable to have any food. Our balcony was way to small but as we were only on a five day break we just accepted it

I wish the pool was better divided into shallow and deep end - I am not a strong swimmer and the shallow part where you could stand up was not great

The location was excellent - 10 mins to the strip and 10 mins to old town (which was far better than the strip). Beaches were nearby and everything was within walking distance. Quiet room which was good, lovely balcony, clean comfortable bed. The floors and bathroom could have been cleaner but it didn't impact our stay.
