WiFi kept going in and out. Impossible to maintain a stable connection.

Everything was wonderful, except for WiFi. Great mattress, garage parking space, large bathtub, fluffy towels, dishes and cookware were much appreciated.

Unfortunately, the lift was not working. But a large storm had just gone through and perhaps this is what caused the issue. Perhaps supply washing up liquid so that guests can do the washing up before leaving.

The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

The swimming pool was green and didn´t look clean at all. Surely the filters or something was not working quite right. It looked so bad that we didn´t swim on it.

Location was perfect. Easy parking and studio was of good size and very well equipped. Quiet place. Nice restaurants around and close supermarket.

A hair dryer is missing and would have been good to find a couple of dishwasher tabs. Also, the plastic furniture from the balcony it's a bit old and dirty.

The property is located at about five minutes walking to the Manta Rota beach. Each room has a parking spot in the basement parking, size of the room it's okay with a comfy bed and a small couch and there is also a small kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom size is good with a bathtub, toilet and bidet.

There was no one around when we arrived. A guy walking around the area was eventually able to get us a key but he obviously was not the expected receptionist. Very odd 🤔

Kitchen area a bit small but everything there for self catering.

Perfect location, no noise from neighbours, lovely and quiet and a massive balcony with superbe views. Pool available as well. Short distance to beach and well stocked shop. Communication with reception/manager excellent.

Functional 3 day self catering apartment with on site garage. Short walk to the beach which provided a good walk on to the stunning beach at Cancela Velha which is about 45 minutes on the road and 30 minutes along the beach on foot . Close to restaurants and food shops . Clean with balcony

The people in the reception was hardly ever there and they were rude. We were three couples who were gonna check out the last day and we waited a real long time and called the number, no one answered. Finally we just left the keys. The place felt abounded most of the time. The kitchen was not well equipped either. For example no cutting board and old frying pans.

The apartment was good and the location ok. The cleaning staff was nice and friendly. The beach is really nice.

the water in the pool turns the white bathing suits into green yellow. and the lining of men's shorts, which are white, turn yellow and green. 4 broken bathing suits. The pool has few sun loungers, due to the number of customers. The kitchen had few utensils, do not dye wooden spoons.

Big Apartment, it was clean (floor bathroom) but very old. It had those kind of smells. I could not use sofa because it looked like dirty and sandy. No enough cleaning stuffs like shampoo etc

Looks like the pool floor has been retiled but the sides and steps need doing. Apart from that the pool was very clean and a nice size.

Great studio apartment in a great location. Manta Rota is a great little town and apartment situated a two minute walk from the Main Street down to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants and shops all close by and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the sandy beach. Apartment was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities and the bathroom was a very good size. Had a nice size balcony that overlooked the pool area and surrounding countryside. Check-in was very easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. All the staff we met were very friendly. Pool area is cleaned every day, plus during our stay they cleaned the apartment and gave fresh towels and made the bed.
