To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety for healthy options. Pleasant and clean dining area. Metro station about a 5 min walk from hotel.

FranceThe city center is a bit of a walk so a taxi would be needed for the less mobile people. This is the only disadvantage as the rest of the hotel met up with our expectations. Good job guys, keep it up!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The onsite restaurant is open very late. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice and off course the traditional Pastel de nata. The room was clean and up to modern standards.

DenmarkThe room was ok for 2 adults and 2 kids, it is more like a business hotel room style. Entertainment for kids was only 2 Tvs in the lobby, this could be better. Parking is 2 eur/hour or 12 euros/day (but if you take out the car during the day you pay per hour). We parked in the street in front of the hotel, which is free on the weekends (and it was easy to find parking spots).
Breakfast was excellent!!! We also had the Christmas dinner at the hotel and it was fantastic. Location is very good, close to airport (10 min driving).

United KingdomThe room carpet was dirty and stained. The sofa bed in the room was very woobly and is not suitable for adult use ( we had our 3y old and 9y old on it and just coped with the weight). The lifts were in maintenance and at time only one was in use, we were lucky we were on 3rd floor but higher levels would take even 20min for an available lift to take to breakfast. Family room not different in size than any other double room.
Hotel very close to the metro stations (2 different lines), a bus station on the hotel corner and plenty of taxis & bolt cars. Very good breakfast with plenty supply of choices to suit majority. Limited GF and vegan options.
