It was cold a little bit. The hostel was located at the top of the hill. So exhausted when I got there.

The staff was nice and helpful. I left you the tea in the first room for you, enjoy it!

This hostel is a bit of a shambles. The keywords to the room didn't work properly. There is only one bathroom per floor so have to wait quite a while at times. A couple of the staff are far from friendly and don't seem to want to be working there (a couple others were nice enough). The food and drinks were overpriced, although my breakfast serving was generous, but they wanted to charge me €1 extra for a dash of milk in an Americano coffee... While the location is quietish, the noise from other guests down in the courtyard comes into the rooms at night and the staff clearly didn't enforce the quiet curfew that was written.

The location is amazing, close to old areas but still reasonably quiet. The room was airy with 2 windows which helped on the hot nights, plus they had a small table fan that helped. The shared dining area and courtyard is nice.

My roommates were really loud and they left our door open for most of the night after checking in so I couldnt sleep or leave my things unattended. Also the "coworking space" becomes a common area for drinking at night so if you work online its not actually that good. So I couldnt work or rest in my room due to my roommates and I couldnt work in the downstaira area because of people drinking. They shouldn't call themselves a cowork and coliving space.

The location was good and there is a nice coworking space downstairs which is peaceful during the morning.

One member of staff is extremely overworked, the stress of which manifest as multiple unnecessary altercations.

I did not try the breakfast that cost extra, but the location is in Lisbon. I also stayed at Sant Jordi, which was much better in that breakfast is included, how the rooms are equipped and the atmosphere. You need to stay at Sant Jordi instead for all that.

Lockers where out of order which is necessary to store valuable stuff like passport and laptop when it’s a co-working/living space. And also the ease of the staff telling its out of order. For dorms it’s mandatory to have proper lockers. The bins where overflowing even it wasn’t fully booked.

The location is good! Also the outdoor seating is nice in the summer and looks good!

The card keys do not work, meaning when you return the night shift has to open your dorm for you. The night shift staff was new and didn’t know how to open the door, so I had to wait several hours for the morning shift. My bed was occupied by another guest… Power outlets do not work. General poor condition, broken shower handle, paint must be 20 years old.

The staff is very nice and friendly. It is easy to become friends with them.

It was the worst hostel experience I've ever had. The lockers in our room were not working and the card reader on the door to access the room was broken, which meant that the door had to be left open all day and all night (there was even a nail to prevent it from closing). This means ZERO PRIVACY, ZERO SAFETY for the guests and their belongings. On the first floor the only bathroom is shared by 12 people, which means you have to wait a really long time to take a shower in the morning or in the evening. Of course the staff at the reception didn't warn us about any of these problems during the check-in, so that we paid upfront and didn't receive any refund from neither the hostel nor Booking. Paying over 30€ per night for such conditions is appaling. Moreover, the "fully equipped kitchen" mentioned in the description of the hostel is NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS but only to the staff, which means it shouldn't even be on the ad. There was only a small microwave, which was broken as well. During the last night before checkout we were woken up by a group of people, which included one member of the staff, chatting loudly in the garden, as if they didn't care that there were people sleeping in the hostel and that their room windows were right above the garden. This went on between 2 and 3.30 am. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOSTEL. It shouldn't even be on Booking.

We came to oasis backpackers since about 6 years ago I came and I has a really nice experience. This time t'he experience was tottally awful: 1. The cleaning was really poor. The toilet was disgusting. 2. In the description of the hostel it is stated that there is a kitchen. In the past there was a full equiped kitchen that now is only for staff located in the first floor. The kitchen there is currently can't be named as a kitchen. It is located in the basement in the room where people keep their luggage when they are checking out (??) and it just has a fridge and a microwave (mainly). You can't cook. 3. We had problems with the card to access the room. They couldn't give us any solution and the door had to remain open. And It wasn't just our room because It also happened late in the night for another guest of another room. Overall I would really suggest to avoid coming to this hostel.

The installations weren't very comfortable nor clean. The staff cleaned my bed before I was leaving and i lost a couple of personal things. They don't have security locks to save your things. Didn't like this hostel at all

The rooms are super small. So no space for luggages. Just one bathroom( toilet, shower, sink in one room) for each level. So in total 2 bathroom for all the guests. No kitchen, just one small fridge. Some of the staff were friendly, some not.
