Excellent location by the ocean, walking distance to nice restaurants, short drive to Funchal. The ocean views from our room were breathtaking! Breakfast and dinner were great - a lot of choice, they even had non dairy yoghurt for breakfast which is rare at hotels. All staff were friendly and professional. I’d happily book again!

The bidet was not working in the room, but this was a minor issue compared to the rest of the service.

We had an amazing time at The Views Oasis in Madeira! Our stay was truly delightful. This family-friendly hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day off right. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay - a cozy bed, a comfortable sofa, and even a mini kitchenette. Room has sound protection. The location was perfect, near the airport. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience.

Before my stay I wrote to the hotel asking for some information I needed. Whenever I asked for something, the response time was almost a week, and they replied in a style that I think should not be allowed from a receptionist, like "I have sent it to you", nothing was sent, or sending me a timetable in German, or sending me information that was not correct as I found out during my stay.

Exceptional view, great food, fantastic view, beautiful pool, really comfortable room, I can only recommend!

Location amazing close to Funchal. Room big and clean with pool and sea view! What I liked the most was food especially the fact that there was a lot of tasty and healthy options not cheap food. Quality over quantity… Service was great overall.

Appearently we came 2weeks after re-opening and some rooms were still under construction. And we got smaller room than we ordered. Question of room was raised from our side and they didn't have a room with separate bedroom. We were traveling with child, thus separate bedroom was a necessity in order to be able to enjoy the evening when child is asleep. They re-arranged the correct room after 2nights, but there was terrible smell from the painting - we had to keep balcony doors open, but then it was cold to sleep during the night. Then we got a heather and smell was gone. Because of construction and room issue we got 4 free dinners - thus that was nice. And hotel manager was really trying to make our stay as best as possible. Thank you for that. Overall it was just really poor timing to stay at this hotel. Other then that it was great!

This hotel has a great location - always sunny around it. Rooms are clean, staff is really welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast, vegan jogurt and milk could be found. Fresh juice and great fruit choices. 2 really great restaurants next to the hotel. Short promenade to walk by the ocean. Rooms have great view. The pool is nice too. The spa services - massage - was perfect.

Didn't really enjoy the evening entertainment, but that's probably just not something for us in general (yet). It seemed very joyful to others.

Really good reception, great staff all around, awesome room and view from the big balcony (and bed even). Toilet had the option of dimming light, which is nice in the nighttime. Bed and beddings were really comfortable, and there was a pillow menu as well. TV had channels in French, German, portugese and English, possibly more. Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly desire, even someone cooking you omelettes after choice, bubbles for mimosa (or clear), and several juices were available as well. Didn't try the buffet dinner but had room service, and that was fine. Pools were heated as described, and there were plenty of sunbeds and room all around. Overall, it's a really good option, and we'd love to come back!

There was mould in the bathroom. Jacuzzi had a very strong chlorine smell. Peopla smoked on their balconies and one could smell it in the rooms.

Got partial ocean view instead of full. The ventilation system of the hotel (big propellers outside) were too noisy if balcony door kept open. WiFi was without password !! and weak. Breakfast was plentiful but the same. Communication between receptionist wasn't the best resulted unnecessary bookings. Room bit outdated, balcony door difficult to move, shower leaking.

Room was spacious, breakfast great, just a few meter from one of the best beach in Madeira. There are some activities for kids. Few restaurants in walking distance. Bus is organised to Funchal but normal bus also nearby. The pool is handy when the ocean is too cold or windy. Restaurant at tge pool is better than the big one, pity that only tried at last day.. Overall nice!

This hotel prefer smokers. They are in the first place. When you are in your room you suffer from smokes or can't open the window. When you are by the pool you are forced to smell smokes. Hotel is far from today's trends when smokers and nonsmokers both are respected, rooms and places where can be smoken should be set. Also hotel must better communicate about possibility to get money back when your room is not cleaned. They say you can get money back for it but they don't say that it is not money, it is only voucher.

Wifi was pretty bad at times, which was a disappointment and actually the main negative. Also you really need to find a solution to people placing towels on sun loungers and just going away for 2-3 hours... I know it's not easy and it's not unique to your hotel - but you should really do it.

Very nice and clean accommodation and extremely friendly staff throughout. And of course the location just next to the sea cannot be beaten. Air conditioning individually adjustable which is really appreciated (we have been to other 4 star hotels where this wasn't the case, only ON/OFF and centrally regulated). Very good restaurant / food (we stayed half-board)
