Very nice hotel and big rooms. The Hotel is modern, clean and the staff very polite. Breakfast is a good selection of everything. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we spent only one night in Tavira.

There were two coffee machines at breakfast but one of them was very temperamental and often out of service.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel, we have previously stayed at the sister hotel in Altura. Everything was perfect, a lovely spacious room, very high standards of cleanliness, cheerful, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, served on the roof terrace, lots of choice including options for those with dietary restrictions. We ate in the Orange restaurant each night - it was just perfect. Staff were helpful, food was delicious and the wine list was just right. Special mention to waiter Gonzalo who was so helpful. It was a little chilly outside so we didn’t use the pool but we were impressed by the early season preparations underway. Special mentions to Cidalia and Luis at reception who were delightful and always helpful.

Gardens could be better maintained ...but we travelled in march after some serious saharan storms so probably not a true reflection of the normal state of affairs.

Outstanding service. All the staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Matteus deserves particular mention but all were truly first class. Location is next to a main road, noise is not too much of an issue however and it is conveniently located. Pool beautiful. Bistro really great place to be in the evening. On the whole - a Very well thought out family friendly environment.

Breakfast choice was really good. Quality and quantity was amazing. Pool was a little cold to swim for the time of year but was really clean. The Orangea Bistro was really good. i can't rate the standard of food there high enough

We think an in hotel shop would be useful. We also think that the hotel should have smart TVs - unfortunately it meant that channels were limited somewhat. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear other visitors through the doors and walls.

The staff were lovely, so accommodating and helpful (in particular the restaurant and breakfast staff) The rooms are a good size and the views are lovely with the big windows. The breakfast is beautiful and the fresh fruit is to die for! The bistro has something for everyone, the prices are slightly expensive but the quality of the food makes up for it! The shuttle buses are a great idea but the timings need changing slightly to suit the timings of the restaurants opening in Tavira.

We had amazing time at Ozadi hotel. Everything was at the highest level, we loved the room - designed with style and providing comfortable environment. We loved breakfast terrace and delicious breakfast with great selection of products. We used hotel bar and felt very welcome there as well as in the hotel during our stay. Rita was very friendly and welcomed us with a lot of enthusiasm and providing all the information, despite late our when we arrived. We would love to come back and stay longer at Ozadi!

Absolutely wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. The location of the hotel was great and the design/aesthetic was wonderful. We were treated so well. We received a lovely welcome drink. The staff kindly accommodated our requests for a baby cot, baby bath and family rooms close together. Breakfast was incredible. There was also an amazing kids area and park. It’s a wonderful place to take your family!! We will book again!!!

There were some black spots in the grout in the shower and some mystery stains on the curtains

The breakfast was good, the hotel itself is very good looking and the view from our balcony was nice. Value wise it was a good choice

From arrival to departure, staff were brilliant. Helpful, friendly and efficient in their work. The hotel is in a quiet location which makes the stay relaxing. Rooms are large and well equipped. Food in restaurant was excellent and the inclusive breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

It would be nice to have a bar inside the hotel, maybe near reception.

There was plenty of gluten free food available to me.
