Not many TV channels if you are in during the evening

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a nice view over the central gardens. In busier times it might be a bit noisy from the other apartments. everything was clean and functioned well.

The room was shabby with many faults. Quite a few trip hazards. Uneven flooring chipped tiles on the kitchen floor on the corner, someone could cut their toes. The loo came off of the floor but they did fix it straight away to be fair to them. We had booked a superior studio with new bathroom and furnishings but we got old and shabby furnishings and an old bathroom. Had it not have been for the Good view we may have asked to move but it was only 4 nights and the room was big and the staff were nice and the food was good so we thought to stay put and make the most of the good things . They did offer to move us but we didn't have the energy to pack up again once settled. Our room was desperately in need of a refurb. The beds were comfortable and that means a lot. We would stay there again but ask for a better room. We still think it was good value for money

Lovely food at dinner served as a 3 choice starter main and dessert. Served to the table Good breakfast including English breakfast served to the table. We were dinner bed and breakfast. You can buy vouchers for food and eat when you like from an a la carte menu or the set menu. All food good. All the staff were very nice. They even left a bottle of wine with a card in our room for my husband's birthday, which I thought was a very nice thing for them to do. The grounds are green the pool was warm actually, but no one went in. Lovely large deep pool. Surrounded by grass. A nice location. Our room had a nice green view. Some guys spend a winter season here and they were praising the staff and telling me many nice things that the staff do to help them with their stay.. I was impressed

No lifts only stairs on ground floor my wife struggles walking they offered to try and move to ground floor but I think they were full

It's a great place to stay with clean apartments and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant services are always good as well.

If I had to pick something I'd say the walk to room everything was great

There wasn't anything not to like for the price we paid differently wasn't expecting such a good property. Food in restaurant was very good value for money, pools very clean and relaxing, staff couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely go back

The one complaint I would have going at night to the studios was ground was very unlevel. an dark.

I have spent the last two years with oasis mourabella. And will return again. Comfortable an in a great location.

2.5 km from vilamoura - quiet and nice. One pool for two resorts so busy at times. Apartments brand new and clean. Restaurants nice.

Rooms could have been cleaned more regularly. No snacks or sandwiches available to purchase during the day time. Entertainment was basic.

A few noisy groups of teens were staying next to us the last few nights of our holidays. They were partying, screaming and slamming doors until 6am. It put a damper on the end of the holiday as we were exhausted from lack of sleep over it we had 3 children with us. I only booked this holidays as it stated on website no parties or hen amd stags and quiet time after 10pm but nothing was done about them.

There was only one mirror in the apartment which was in the bathroom, another mirror was definitely needed in the bedroom or hallway, we also had ants in the bathroom & bedroom, when we told the staff they sorted it out straight away. There were no toilet facilities at one of the pools.

The staff were very nice, we were given a standard apartment but I had booked a superior one & when we queried this we were given the right one the next day. When we arrived there was a small welcome pack & note which was a nice gesture. We asked the staff who clean the apartments for more pillows & they got them straight away for us, they were so helpful.

Close to Marina, great restaurants and bars. Swimming pool close and not too busy. Restaurant and Bar convenient for staying at the complex.

With the swimming pool area, some music would have been nice. It keeps the ambience nice and peaceful as well as enjoyable. The beds could have been a bit better and maybe a bit bigger pillows.

Only mirror was in the bathroom no others in property and no full length one, blankets on sofa beds were very old looking and itchy

The apartment has a balcony with a table where we can eat breakfast and have a drink. The shower is very good and the water has pressure and is hot. I did not use the pool but it seems very good with grass around it where you can lie. The reception is open 24 hours.

Ate in restaurant one evening, kitchen door very noisy and kept banging, pointed this out to the staff and told ' yes they knew'.... moved outside with 5 dining, food was reasonably good but when asked how everything was I said that my stak was overcooked and the dish was very salty....... and that was it..... walked away and nithing happened. DONT BOTHER asking if everything is ok only to IGNORE your customers comments..... was very dissaponted by this conduct and service.

Have been here many times, very well kept complex and we were acvomodated with rooms requested too, reception staff very acvomodating, leisurely 25 min walk into Villamoura.
