The isolation of the room is not very good, especially in the morning when people make noise leaving the house. There are only stairs, and no elevator: it can be annoying if you carry many bags.

The location: super central and close to all the main things in Porto. The price was very honest considering the room and the position. The room was clean and with air conditioning.

The was no elevator, but fortunately we travel with backpacks only so it wasn’t a big problem but you should keep that in mind.

The room was clean with comfortable beds, great location - 5min from the metro station. The staff was really nice and helpful. Very good wifi connection.

The front desk person was not welcoming or helpful, but luckily, we didn't require assistance. There were a few sugar ants in our room, but they were not a cause for concern and nor did we say anything to the staff. It was close to cafes for breakfast.

The room was clean. We liked the view and private bathroom. The location was excellent for our needs. We liked the spacious twin room.

The walls are quite thin - you can hear people moving in the corridor and you can hear the reception's telephone ring even if you're on the second floor!

Cheap, central location and clean bedroom/bathroom. I liked how staff members made the beds every morning and you could ask for fresh towels every day if you wanted.

Stairs and doors were very noisy. When we came back at the hotel at night, we felt like we could easly wake up other guest from how loud the door sounds were.

Great location! A fun and interesting older place with beautiful tile walls and unique spiral staircase. Small place and quite a hike up ,many stairs to get to rooms, but worth it. Proprietor was helpful and accommodating. Rooms and baths very pleasant, spacious and comfortable. Unlike many places, it had good storage for suitcases and other belongings.

Just be aware of that certain rooms have access to the balcony which oversee the main road, and it gets extremely noisy at night and past midnight until very early hours of the following day. Perhaps the rooms in the back don't have this issue, also be aware there's no lift.

It is located in the heart of the city, very convenient and close to all shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

The room was very hot because there was no air conditioning, which I knew before. But still, the fan was very old so it did not help so much.

The room was big enough for one person. There was a possibility to leave your luggage after the check-out. The location was totally perfect.

I spent one night in Porto. The location of the guest house is great: very central and nice area. The check in was very smooth and the guy at the desk extremely kind and let me check in earlier than the scheduled time. The room was located on the top floor (no elevator) and therefore had a great view. There was no ic, but a ventilator (that I did not use because it was not hot . The temperature outside was not hot as well). The overall stay was very good, especially for the cheap price.
