Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Metal carcass of the matrasses and no veggies for breakfast.
The location is perfect for those who come to the University of Minho. Very clean. The bed is very nice and big. Pillows and a blanket are puffy and soft. The matresses need a top matress because you can feel the metal carcass while sleeping. The breakfast needs veggies and more fruit for vegans. Fresh water is always available for free.There is a small fridge in the room. The staff are very nice and helpful.

I think maybe if we could have some plastic bags in the bins that would be great so that we can at least keep trash out the way.
I loved how friendly the staff was, seriously great service. I would go again, I really loved it here. Great for family I recommend this for you if you’re a big family.

I didn't like the lighting on the access corridor to the rooms, it was rather dark. They turned on and off automatically when you walked by, and were very dim. It wasn't great for my bad eyesight, but I could manage and, I guess, I understand the energy savings. But it was really the one thing I did not like.
Great staff, good location for my purposes, comfortable acomodations, availability of snacks and hot drinks at the reception hall, good breakfast (albeit a bit pricey for me).

Nothing, served it’s purpose for a city break when you’re not planning on being in the hotel, or when you do, you’re cool and have a comfortable space to relax

The breakfast was “just” ok. But we had the necessary. The parking spots are very small. But for this type of hotel it was a good experience.
The room was great. The staff very professional and helpful. We were there for a wedding and the man at the reception was friendly enough to let us access our room before the time of check in. It was truly appreciated. It is a hotel I will keep in mind.

Breakfast was very substantial. Good choice of food. Could come to the coffee machine, any time of day. Staff were very helpful. Location ideal to connect with family across the road. Bed very very comfortable.Linen clean. Very happy with my stay in Braga B&B. Will highly recommend

The lady on reception was very helpful and sympathetic when I arrived late and was having trouble paying my taxi driver. Sitting out on the balcony was very pleasant.

the hotel had quite some issues when I stayed the worst was the breakdown of the elevator but well we all know sh*** happens and a local event which closed the street for quite a while, but something which should be improved is the lightning on the second floor the motion sensor hardly worked so I had to find my way to the elevator in the dark and fumble around to catch the right button
it's an older and smaller B&B but still free parking and drinks all day long, the room since a bit older still had one of those nice big built in closets contrary to those small open spaces in the newer places hence the space for the normal nice big shower was missed out in the bathroom which was fitted with a bathtub, but all nice and clean

It doesn’t have a restaurant or food options available (except for breakfast obviously). Very good and cheap restaurants in the area though.
I choose the hotel for location purposes due to work. Friendly staff, really large and comfortable bed and a 24/7 free coffee/juice machine.
