The room ac wasn’t able to change the temperature as the bottom was broken. It hasn’t a variable breakfast food but was quite good. The room has not lamp lights in the ceiling and our desk lamp wasn’t working which get me a bit hard to do make up but is only small things that could be easy fixed.

The hotel is very clean and smells so nice. They have amazing and kind staffs. The location is amazing as everything is very close and it has a underground just in front of it. Quite big bathroom and very clean as they clean it every day.

Really needs tea and coffee making facilities in the room!

Convenient location - 5 minute walk to the metro, then less than 10 minutes from there into the city centre. From there, it was also really easy to catch the train down the coast to Cascais and to Sintra in the mountains. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The rooms don't have even a kettle to make your own coffee which is a bummer. Barring breakfast, there is no room service or food.

The hotel while not in center , still is in a great location. The metro station is right outside and the neighborhood has a lot of cafes and restaurants. The room is small but comfortable.

Nothing , it’s a great hotel

Hotel has a real retro modern vibe , we had a suite as for 3 of us , myself and 2 daughters , was very comfy and clean , roof top pool was great ! heated and a sauna too , sun beds and tables around to relax on in the sun , breakfast was lovely , good choice and nice tea coffee , staff are very helpful and friendly , would stay there again , metro line station just across the road so easy to get to any of the tourist sights and back to the airport

No control over room temperature. When contacting the front desk, we were informed that they could set the temperature. I asked them to lower to 18 degrees. The number on the room temperature showed 18, but the temperature stayed the same, and the vent was blowing hot air.

The ventilation in the bathroom did not work properly. There is little space in the bathroom to keep personal items ( only a small unstable shelf).

Very good location, just few steps away from the entrance/exit of metro station Sao Sebastiao. Department store, restaurants and mini mart are in walkable distance. Friendly and nice staff. With simple but good breakfast.

As we were a group of 5 friends we had a junior suit and a twin room....3 of us got robes for the pool but the 2 in the twin room were not granted the same comfort unfortunately and these same two friends had to endure lack of sleep on both nights due to the antics of the guests next door....the first night for 45mins but the second night for 5 hrs....as you can imagine this was not appreciated....

The breakfast was excellent a brilliant selection both mornings.. Pool was lovely. The receptionist was extremely helpful and let us leave our bags as we arrived mid morning before our rooms were ready and the same on checkout she let us leave our bags until mid afternoon as our flight was late evening... Location is excellent metro station straight across the road...

The shower door is a bit narrow and water can easily overflow, and it would be better to add an anti-fall handle. The breakfast is generally good, but the fruits and vegetables are not rich enough. No hot water kettle.

Good location and convenient transportation. It belongs to a noble community in Lisbon. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Hot water for bathing is very good.
