We had a very small standard room, probably too small for two people for three nights and a very small and unsafe bathroom for a couple in their late sixties. I didn't see any photos of this bathroom on the website. It was a little mirrored alcove in front of the bed, which you had to step up into and a small shower which you had to step up into. A nightmare for someone who broke their ankle slipping out of a shower a couple of years ago. They did have a non-slip shower mat, but I would not recommend this room for people with mobility issues.

The accommodation was well priced, quiet, clean, and in a good location for exploring Lisbon. Easy to catch public transport to Sintra and the Pena Palace.

Excellent location, close to metro and public transport links , supermarket, pub and restaurants near by. Center is a short walk away. Room was very clean and comfy. Would recommend this little gem and looking forward to another visit

The walls were a bit thin

Great location, metro station is nearby the hotel and the city center is just 3 stations away. The neighborhood is very nice with wide boulevards and a big park. Clean and cozy room.

Mattresses not comfortable. Lacked cushioning. Could feel the springs and hear them each time you turn. Pillows were too soft and not very comfortable. Could do with a bin in the bedroom to avoid overloading bin in the toilet. Clock in the room needed a battery.

Location close to metro with connections to all major lines. Two well-known mini supermarkets within minutes walk. The Continente offering great option for affordable breakfast options.

We've stayed 5 nights in superior room and 2 nights in standard twin room. First one was very good, the other terrible, like it's not the same hotel. Be careful about standard rooms...

The air-conditioning did not work.

Hotel is close to the metro station. There is a direct bus to the Lisbon historic centre. There are restaurants and shops very close. The room was clean, the hotel was quite.

The bathroom in single rooms are awfully small.

The location is perfect for reaching downtown, public transport. The staff is amazing, special thanks to Joao at the reception for helping me and the ladies for cleaning the room. I recommend this hotel

The room could have a better placed sockets. There was one in the room and one in the bathroom, that we could easily use. Other ones were behind a bed, so in order to plug something there, the bed would have to be moved quite a lot, which doesnt make sense (plus there was not a lot of space to do that). They should have installed the sockets near bedside tables. Also, when we checked-in, we discovered that the toilet flush didnt work. It only worked after you removed the top of the toilet. When we talked to the staff, they said that it cannot be fixed right now, but only after 3 days, and they can move us to another room, but the next day. As we didnt want to deal with moving to another room, we stayed in the original one. There were two sofa pillows provided (apart from "normal" bed pillows) that were comfortable but looked (and smelled) like they had not been washed. It looks like the staff washes everything, but not these sofa pillows.

The room was spacious, bathroom also. The beds were comfortable. The airconditioning (which we used as heating) worked well. The hotel is situated on a busy street, so there was a lot of noise, when you had the windows opened. But when closed, they did quite a good job of cancelling the noise. We didn't experience any noise from the other guests.

The air-conditioning we used to warm up the room was horrible, blowing right into our heads no matter what. We left sick because of it. Otherwise the place is fabulous.

- Bathroom could be better, really small and not really previously clean. we found lots of hair from the people that stayed previously - Inner sound isolation, which is common in most of the hotels. Cleaners woke us up very early in the morning..

- Nice guesthouse, looked more to a hotel rather than a guesthouse - which is always a plus! - Big building and lots of rooms! - Dont miss to visit the nice cafe next to the guesthouse (nice pasteis de nata) - Next to metro and/or you can be easily in the centre within 15-20 min walk - Decent-size of rooms, great decor and generally clean (except bathroom...) - Professional staff, reception was always there
