A charming, very central hotel, located on a walking street with several cafes. Quiet with closed windows. Very helpful staff, and lovely breakfast in garden patio.

The location of the Rossio Garden is great, many nice places to visit, have coffee, drinks and dine in walking distance and the metro station is just around the corner for further explorations. Room looked out on to the street, hotel is in a lively neighbourhood yet with windows closed room was nice and quiet. Room very comfortable, super clean and great bed and linnens. Reception staff is very friendly and professional. As a solo traveler I totally recommend Rossio Garden Hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The bathroom is very small, there is not space to store anything (beauty supplies) not even a decent countertop or cabinet. Is you are a women that does make up, you are going to suffer like I did. Shower is very tiny and there is no space to store shampoo, or a shelf or anything. They must install hooks on the bathroom walls, so we could at least hang our beauty supplies and hooks for jackets because the closet is so tiny. Room is perfect for one person, and too small for 2

Location was the best, the hotel was very clean, just access to the hotel is not very easy if you have a large suitcase. Taxis or Uber would NOT drive all the way to the door, they will drop you on the main road, then you have to walk down the street.

The size of the shower was too small and the blow-dryer didn't work. The room is small, so don't anticipate lounging, It's a placeholder for your things and a place to lay your head down at night.

The location was amazing, near the train and metro station; many restaurants and shops around, theatre, entertainment. The room was tiny. the shower is smaller than a phone booth, as expected for Europe, but not for us Floridians, We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there are many breakfast spots and restaurants around.

Parking was an issue trying to maneuver the small side streets since parking was not included. It is better to come into the area without a car since it is an extremely busy area. We were very lucky to find street parking on the weekend. Room is small and did not have a fridge or a balcony/patio.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the city near main square and shopping areas and loads of restaurants. Hotel reception and outside eating area are very nice and there is a small patio.

Fantastic location!! The rooms were clean & staff was super friendly & attentive. The A/C was a little weak for warmer days, but the rooms were otherwise very comfy. The bathrooms were a little small, but water pressure/heat was excellent & the facilities were really nice & kept clean. Would *highly* recommend to visitors to Lisbon!

The room temperature was not comfortable. The a/c was on a 3hr timer which I could not deactivate and it was quite warm.

The room and bed were comfortable. We had rooms overlooking the street and at the back and they were quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast once out of 3 days: it was good with a reasonable variety of hot and cold food and worth the price. Well located on the edge of the old city. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Close to the metro, taxis and bus terminal. A relaxing and enjoyable stay.
