The staff is great! Everyone was really nice and helpful. The location is unbeatable. You're literally within walking distance of everywhere. It doesn't take longer than 2-3 minutes to get to some of the nicest walking streets, shops and restaurants, and top sights. Plus, the rooms feel a bit more antique in the photos but they're really nice in real life. So, the photos don't really show how nice the rooms are. Everything was super clean. The rooms are cleaned every day and everyone is just really there for you to help if there's anything.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of old Porto with a walking distance to main tourist attractions. The metro station is just two minutes walk from the hotel.

Don’t arrive too late for the breakfast because there will be only few things left and we here a lot the noise from the corridor, ventilation and other rooms.

Everything was clean and the staff was very nice! The hotel is also very well located in Porto.

If you want to sleep with open window you can have noise from the street. But there is airco. Bathroom a bit old, but ok for us (every day clean towels).

93€ for 2 nights, 2 persons! Really good. Clean, wifi in the room, you can park very close for 11€ / day, double Windows against the noise. Simple bood good price / quality balance! Next time we check again.

You could hear people entering and leaving their rooms, as well as their talks in the hallway. The doors don't isolate much the noice.

Comfortable bedding, everything very clean and the location was perfect. They allowed me to check in earlier as there was already a room available.

No iron in the room and no ironing board in the whole hotel, shower gel dispenser empty and no phone in room to call reception.

Room size was huge and the room had a fridge. Location was handy to a lot of public transport and attractions.

There was 1 night we did not have hot water supply to shower- guess the water pressure was too low. Hope they can have better facility.

Great location, very close to underground and shopping area, there are also lots of good restaurants nearby.

During our stay there was a big group of young people (more than 25) who were making such a huge noise at late night (till 2 or 3 AM). We called the reception but unfortunately the receptionist wasn't able to solve this situation successfully and we had to wait until the party which was exactly above our room ended. One morning there was a problem with a cheese at a breakfast which was partly moldy.

The location of the hotel was ideal for walking through the city centre. There were a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants close to the hotel. Despite of the fact, that the hotel is close to the main streets it was really quiet thanks to the multi layer windows.

The whole property need to be renewed. The fridge in the room was locked and not working, also many furniture in the room looks really old. There’s mould on the bin.

The location is perfect and the price is good with a simple breakfast. Shower is very strong and warm.

There was a hidden fee of 7 euros on top of my booking fees and when asked by the staff they said extra taxes.

Porto is very noisy city, and noise isolation is very important, the only problem of this hotel is noise isolation, only because of this fact I am rating this hotel 9/10.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The location was perfect. For this price, maybe one of the best hotels. I have been in Porto for 3 nights, 2 of them I stayed in another hotel with approximately the same price, the difference was huge. If I will ever visit Porto again, this hotel will be my first choice. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
