Not the most exciting design and decor (aged quickly), some carpet and wall malfunctions, falling off hooks in room, necessity of paying extra for another part of indoor pool complex, narrow and small on-site parking, despite facing garden the room had awful view

Stunning palm-filled garden, private gateway to the amazing beach, tasty breakfast, spacious room with lots of storage, secluded and intimate location, welcome water/coffee/chocolate in the room, nice but crowded inside pool, trendy outside pool complex, super attentive breakfast buffet staff

There were a few small issues, like a worn-out carpet, but they were minor.

I recently stayed at a hotel I first visited ten years ago and it's still a great place. The room was very nice and comfortable, complete with all the luxuries you’d expect from a 5-star hotel, including some tasty chocolate and Nespresso coffee. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the garden was just as beautiful as I remember. The breakfast was excellent and almost perfect. The staff were all very friendly and polite, making my stay even better. I'm really looking forward to going back to this hotel. It's definitely kept its charm and high standards over the years.

Beginning with the entrance (keeping in mind that this is a 5 star hotel); some of the letters of the name of the hotel were missing; the glass entrance was dirty ; the carpet was worn , there were black marks above the fire place ; then there were at least 3 to 4 people behind the check inn desk (and that wouldn’t be a problem if they could tend to their guests) ; carpets in the hallway and rooms should be replaced; some parts of the walls in the hotel were repainted but only half (something you would expect from a 3 star hotel but not 5 star) The tables in the restaurant are used to that extent that you have rings on the tables from glasses. Instead of giving me some sweets and asking me if I could give a good review I would use my money for other things I don’t know the financial position of the hotel or the hotel group but if I don’t have the money to do a complete renovation than I would engage a handyman or two ; they can paint, they can sand down the tables in the restaurant if there is no money to do a refurbishment. But still remains a pretty great location (pitty it’s not well managed, they’ll need to keep their prices low)

Nice and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. close to the beach but not many restaurants around it so choices limited to restaurants within the resort.

For a 5 star hotel I would expect a littlw bit more in general. Quality/price was very good, but I would rate this hotel a 4 stars

Beds weren't comfortable as expected. There was a plastic sheet on them.

Plenty of seating by the pools, great view of ocean, very nice facilities including spa. Friendly staff. Good pool bar food. Breakfast was delicious. Balconies were large and pleasant. Bathroom has separate toliet and shower which made it easy for 2 people to get ready at once.

The bed was comfortable with lovely pillows. The breakfast was amazing, it had everything. The staff are all friendly and very helpful and they smile a lot! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our balcony faced onto a garden area and we were ground floor. The balcony was COVERED in mosquitos rendering it useless to us. The cleaner would open the balcony door and I would have to kill 5 or 6 mosquitos per day. The hotel needs to do more to prevent this (e.g bug screens, blue lights to attract and kill the mosquitoes). Mosquitoes were NOT a big issue at pool or beach etc. 2 single beds pushed together rather than a double. The beds kept separating resulting in us sleeping in the space between sometimes.

Facilities were good. Location was nice. Close to the beautiful beach. Breakfast was lovely. Very helpful staff. Fantastic message. Free parking.

In my opinion the hotel is not 5 star hotel. Very limited beach chairs in the pool area. The resort is not offering any activities/ entertainment The indoor pool and jacuzzi is closing super early at 7 pm. We had no chance to use it because of the hours.rooms are dated, so is the carpet in the hallways. Grounds are beautiful but the hotel Itself looks tired.

The breakfast - room was too crowded and you had to wait - it was baas weather so no one could air outside. Could be better quality food. Room was a little ran down, including issues in the toilet .

One of the receptionist's (slightly older woman) on arrival came across as rude, terse and unhelpful. Also the same receptionist refused to give my daughter a bottle of water one (for her room) ! I think she needs to find a new line of work. Other suggestions, bar snacks (nibbles such as nuts etc.), non-existent, this needs to be addressed.

The room is generally fine but does need a touch-up of paint on the walls, especially around the terrace area and the hotel exterior. The bathroom layout is somewhat odd. The spa had several features out of order, including the pool and showers.

Overall, the hotel is quite good. It offers free parking outside and beach access and is located in a pretty area. The buffet was decent, though I missed having a wider variety of options

In some places the hotel indeed requires some cosmetic touch ups to keep maintaining that 5 stars level. Accelerated room service prices.

The staff was friendly and helpful,my requests was sorted within a minutes time. Special thanks to Gabriela a really lovely guest relationship representative. Lovely decor inside and outside. Spacious room and shower (bathroom has bidet). Welcome chocolates. The hotel offers complementary transportation to the city centre 3 times a day. Wide variety for breakfast with complimentary prosecco serving. Dinner dishes less wide selection,but very delicious food. Amazing Spa facilities with an adult only section were really lovely.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. Some public areas needs maintenance.

Excellent breakfast with good selection of cold and hot dishes. The cake table was popular with guests!

Bit far to get to everything central, would recommend getting a rented car
