There are some details maintenance wise that require some attention, as example in the Hidrotherapy SPA, some facilities were not working or working impropperly. It would be good to have a tea/coffee refil in the rooms.

The room was very spacious with AC, extra pillows. The breakfast was diverse enough, with quality products. Staff were overall very competent and friendly, always available to help and clarifying in any doubt. The SPA personel were awesome!

The bed was really hard and the shower was broke.. The cleaning ladies must have seen this but didn't do anything to repair it

We believed that the charges to use the warm pool are too expensive and restrictive for the amount of time a guest was allowed to use it. We chose not to use the spa because of these factors.

The room was very clean and neat as well as being quiet. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant had a nice selection of offerings which were perfectly prepared.

The room could have been bigger, as there were me and my husband, taking 2 suitcases was a bit of a squeeze in the room, the room needed updating a lot with paint work coming away, TV in the corner on the wall was abit small for the size of room, didn't get bottled water everyday, we only received it a few times, luckily we had bought our own. The price paid being classed as a 4 Star does not do it justice. the bathroom was small too. Breakfast was a little dissapointing, no boiling hot water for Tea, found they didn't have English Breakfast tea bags until I spoke to the reception and then the next day at breakfast they had them but shame about not having boiling hot water. You had to pay to use indoor pool which is a shame as it's part of the Spa, the price paid for the room should give you free access. The hotel is nice with nice surroundings, shame about the interior of the bedrooms as it was a let down. We had dinner on the first night, I wouldn't personally recommend it, the beef ordered by my husband wasn't cooked properly. That was the expensive item on the menu. It's abit limited as to what they can offer with the dining.

The greeting at reception, the grounds were lovely. Staff were helpful. Free carpark onsite. Outdoor swimming pool is really nice with the childrens pool as well. If you like Tennis, they have this there too. Nice quiet setting.

what we did not appreciate was making an appointment for lunch. After all, we are on vacation! the smallness of the rooms

we were 2 couples, passing through for 2 nights. what surprises is the smallness of the rooms the staff was welcoming and we were suggested a few restaurants. we appreciated Pratu's Restaurante Bar & Tapas

The grounds were lovely. The room was comfortable ,clean and spacious. The interior of the hotel needed some painting and the carpet cleaned.

The dinner was superb and the hydrotherapy circuit was fantastic. Wonderful breakfast.

There were many flies in the outdoor pool. This is not something that the hotel controls, but it could ruin resting by the pool, unfortunately.

Good offer for the cost. The Spa has a good offering, with reasonable prices. All meals we had in the restaurant were worth it. The staff was very nice. The outdoor pool was large and the surrounding area very pleasing.

The basic room is tiny and the mattress isn't the comfiest (albeit not terrible).

The pool was excellent, good range of treatments and the spa room was lovely.

It would have been nice to have more tables and chairs to sit around the pool terrace area for eating . Some music would also be a good addition in this area too. Unfortunately wine ( or ‘long coffees’ ) could not be purchased here and we had to use the main hotel bar to buy these to drink with our lunch. We had a double bedroom which felt quite small and neat, a little more space here would be wonderful. Everywhere was immaculately clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

The bedroom was a bit small but very clean and the breakfast was of a good standard.

We booked a standard room but it was really a small one.I’d rather to book a suit. There is not enough plugs in the room to charge our electronic devices at the same time. There was only 1 plug available and we had to unplug the table lamp to put my boyfriend’s phone on charge. The second plug was not easy to acceess under the big study table.

Outside swimming pool was fastinating. Great breakfast is served. Stuff speaks well english as well as french or spanish.

Staff was missing. nobody at the pool to order drink, nobody at the bar. Everything has to go through reception which can take longer especially if guests are checking in or out. there was stale air in the room

All good, just the shower head needed constant positioning.
