We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

There wasn't anything not to like ! From the friendly and professional welcome by Bruno, the comfortable room with a view on the square, the minibar with refreshments, the exceptional breakfast and the friendly staff, the cosy terras for an evening drink, this hotel gave us everything we hoped for.

United KingdomJust a couple of tweaks - the air conditioning was a little cool for spring but I’m certain highly welcomed in summer. Also maybe individual bedside lights so you don’t accidentally switch on a bright light in the middle of the night.
The location was great, close to so much. The staff and service were fabulous. Really liked the interior design theme.

SwitzerlandThere was only one point I didn't like as much about this hotel. I booked specifically this hotel compared to others because it said that there was a Spa and there is one. What I failed to see is that you need to pay extra to access the Spa. For the price we paid, I thought it was really a shame
Amazing location in the centre of Lisbon in front of a very nice plaza. Many shops, restaurants and key tourist places within walking distance. The hotel in itself is very comfortable and the people working are very nice and professional.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Set in a really nice square with shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Across the road you can get the hop on / off bus and tuk tuks and taxis. Hotel is a bit quirky, but we had a good size room on the fifth floor. Staff were excellent especially the bar staff Paul and Sidney, who kept our glasses topped.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, good breakfast variety, friendly staff. It was very nice to have a bathrobe, a hand and body lotion and a hair dryer that is not attached to a wall.

CanadaThe bathroom was vast but nonfunctional. It was nearly impossible not to get water on the floor while showering and the only shelving accessible was either under the sink where the bath towels and hair dryer were stored, or over the toilet across the room (the sink area didn't have enough room for the hand towel plus our toiletries). I had to hold the toilet paper in my lap when using the toilet because there was no toilet paper holder. No bathroom thermostat, so we had to heat the entire unit to warm up the bathroom since there was no shower curtain and the heat stopped as soon as the water did. The electronic window screen opener was defective for the window, although it worked for the balcony door.
Very well located in the flattest part of the old city. Comfortable and spatious room. Closet with safe, hangers and bathrobes. Bar refrigerator with complimentary soda, water and juice. Coffee machine with pods. Accurate pictures on the booking site. Elevator a plus. Were able to leave luggage at lobby when checked out. Pretty decent breakfast buffet for 10 Euros each. Glass and mirror walls were spotless. 4 very large/thick pillows on the King-sized bed.
