I liked everything.

The place is in a very nice location quiet and clean. Mafalda the owner she was always helpful. There is a big shopping mal, organic market, cafe,restaurant nearby. 20 minutes walk to historical town. You can use bolt app. It cost you 4-5 EUR to downtown. The city is very compact you can even walk everywhere but there are hills. My room was very clean and modern.

The kitchen was a bit small but usable for the time we were there.

Large bedroom and living area. Outdoor balcony area would be really nice in summer (we were there in winter) and many amenities within walking distance. Property was quiet. Staff was very helpful.

There were some ants in the kitchen, but we didn't really mind and it wasn't too bad.

Joana, the manager, was the best host we could have wished for. We needed to go home for a family emergency and I had so much un my mind and she was just supportive and made everything uncomplicated and as easy as possible, even if that meant that they couldn't rent out the place for another night because there was trouble with the booking.com platform. Thank you so much, Joana, and Mafalda, too. It's good to have kind people around. We loved Porto and definitely want to come back!

The room very very small. Not a lot of room for luggage.

The building was very clean and quiet. The room was very tasteful and clean. The neighborhood felt safe and was a short car trip to the main attractions.

Upon arrival, it was out of check in time so we left our luggage in secure locker which we can set up our own security code. We do the same thing when we check out. We can get in and out the apartment with security code which is given specifically for us by the hotel so we don't have to worry about key. We like the living room very much. It has large windows, tall ceiling, kitchenette with full equipment and utensils. There is modern & huge supermarket within 5 minutes walk so we cooked our own breakfast every morning during our stay. If you don't want to cook, there is a large Mercado close by where you can have varieties of food.

The door to the terrace didn’t lock.

Location, terrace, beds were so comfortable, quiet, staff was super friendly. Our apartments were spacious. It was quiet. I liked being away from the busy center but being able to walk there easily.

Joana was really helpful. We arrived on a early flight from the UK and storing the bags was no problem. Great communication via this company's app and then whatsapp. Helpful recommendations and always a smile and warmth. Comfy bed, good location for the Metro and main sites.

It really was great. The shower needed a little extra attention, but it was not serious.

This is a great property. Though food is relatively cheap in Porto, we don't always want to depend on restaurants. Having a kitchenette was great. And we really liked the decor - simple and uncluttered.
