Having to leave it at the end of my stay.

From the moment I checked in everything was perfect. I was due to stay for seven days but the staff, hotel, breakfast, my room were so good that I stayed for another fifteen days. You are just made to feel so welcome that it feels like you are part of a big family. I can’t wait to return.

The breakfast was delicious every day. Very happy with the large selection at the buffet. Coffee and tea were also delicious. The machine is available to make yourself a coffee or a tea whenever you’d like.

The shower took a while to heat up but we were on the top floor so understandable, I also think they should give more complementary items in the room instead of charging like the mini bar

The pool was freezing! I definitely think it’s due to the time of year we stayed (March) but the pool was much like an ice bath, which was a shame as it’s a beautiful pool.

First of all, the hotel smells amazing! Everywhere you go smells great, and the whole place is very clean and tidy. The location is great, close to the beach which is what we wanted. Rooms are a good size and again, very clean and stylish. Staff are very friendly too. They provide a good buffet breakfast in the morning with a nice amount of options. The outdoor space is lovely, a very well maintained garden and pool area.

The staff were really lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great and the pool really nice. Very close to the strip and a short taxi ride to the old town.

Amazing apartments and the best breakfast menu me and my partner have ever had. I am Portuguese and he is Scottish and we were absolutely delighted. the decoration is very modern and it's quite central.

The fact there was no kettle in the rooms so you had to get from the bar before a certain time. One small ironing room for the whole hotel, at least there should be ironing rooms on more than one level if they’re not going to be supplied in each room.

The cleanliness and design of the rooms and the location to the strip was very good.

Pool was cold and looked uninviting as its green. No one used it in our group.

The breakfast was adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

kitchen staff need to ensure the breakfast trays are on full heat and all the food is hot before letting us in for breakfast. had cold breakfast twice.

Lack of draw space. Very small balcony due to large air con unit which was filling balcony with water. Only there three nights so didn't really effect out stay.

Room was very comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of hot & cold food. Pool bar was very good and plenty of sunbeds and tables. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating. Location is great for getting to the "Albufeira strip" in 10 min walk. Lovely small beach "Praia dos Aveiros" 10mins away.

Pool looked a little grubby, but understand it’s out of season and we were only looking for a base as we had some personal matters to attend to.

We got an upgrade on arrival which was very nice. Staff were excellent and room was clean and comfortable . Breakfast was excellent and overall value for money was superb

Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Good location can walk to the beach and restaurants Had a room with the pool view. Vera was exceptionally helpful and I give her a 5 stars ⭐️

Bit noisy.

Staff were lovely, breakfasts were always good. Clean attractive well maintained property. Close to beaches, restaurants and shops.

A few wee problems with leaky showers & air conditioning but staff dealt with quickly

Great central location, everywhere we wanted to go in easy reach, either walking or using Ubers. Bungalow was really nice with a cracking private garden Maid service every day if wished and credit vouchers given to use in the bar if you opted to have no cleaning that day.

Nothing, one niggle would be the choice of background (music ) piped during the day to the pool area, personally it makes it impossible to relax. We did notice a night club directly across the street from the hotel, luckily it was closed for the season, but I would imagine it would be extremely noisy if it were open.

Just about everything, staff, comfort, food, room, location, value. Great selection for breakfast, plenty of it too. Beds were extremely comfortable and coupled with AC resulted with a very cool room. Extremely pleasant staff, we found the whole complex spotlessly clean.

Very well set out. Lovely staff and close to the strip but not to close that we could hear noise. Also not to far from the old town which was €3.5 in an Uber.
