We had an issue with the hot water (tankless water heater) for a day but was resolved by Sara. We stayed at the end of October and was a little damp in the apartment but minor and we would open all the windows to alleviate.

The property is amazing. The artwork, architecture, peacocks & other birds, theme, tiles on the villas are all just beautiful. The staff was amazing. Sara and her co-workers were so helpful with everything we asked. Location is nice and just across from Quiksilver skate and surf park. Surf schools were out on the beach in front every day. Amazing tide changes that showed a large beach at low tide. We had an ocean front villa up on a cliff. Amazing experience.

The hotel is beautiful and the Vila is spacious and very well equipped. The near by beach is perfect for surfing. The town centre is within walking distance. For us the place was perfect.

the car park as the first impression right after the entrance gate could be a little nicer and therefore more "welcoming".

The handover of the keys was uncomplicated at the reception and we were then guided through the complex by a communicative lady and everything was explained (pool, sauna, barbecue, common room, etc.). The apartments are large, clean and bright. From our apartment it was 10m to the pool and another 20m to the cliffs of the atlantic ocean. The whole complex is colourful and creative, absolutely beautiful. The villas are situated on the cliffs of Praia do Matadouro, the view of the waves and the ocean is breathtaking. We watched the sunset in the sea every evening, directly from the pool deck. Large parking inside the complex is available and secure. The other guests were friendly and quiet. Some surfboard-rental options are within 2min walking distance, the town is about 15min. We will come again !!!

The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable - take your own if you can. The shower head would not stay on its hook - a more fixed shower head would have been better.

What an amazing place, so quirky, everywhere you looked there was something else that caught your eye. Richt on the sea front so amazing views and sunsets.

Small improvements could be made - we had a small leak in our studio. Also, do bring ear plugs as the roaming peacocks tend to rise earlier than you might want to in the morning!

Incredible location, just 15 minutes walk from plenty of restaurants and bars. The view over the sea makes this place very special, and the rooms and beds were comfortable with everything you needed. The design of the whole place is beautiful and unique. Lovely staff too.

It was a little tired in places, so a few broken chairs on the site and only one ball for the crazy golf. But these are just small things, it was lovely.

Check in is awful. There is no Reception sign, and Reception is behind a locked gate with no intercom. I had to call a central number to get let in. Much of our 3 night stay, there wasn't anyone at Reception even during the day. There are no smooth paths in this sizeable property for walking or rolling luggage; they are all very rough stone. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who is slightly unsteady. The lighting and number of electrical outlets is limited, as are the kitchen supplies. There is a small washer but no dryer, although drying racks are available.

It's a whimsical property with lots of spaces to look out over the ocean and watch the surfers. It is close enough to town to walk to restaurants. These made up for the inconveniences,

Shame that the toilet system hasn’t been updated to allow flushing of paper. The shower tray leaked quite a bit too which was a shame. All other facilities were good

The great and very clean location directly on the sea side with lots of great views to the sea and areas to relax and calm down. Very nice details all over the place. Openly laid out but still private. Professionally managed. Thanks for having me.

the towels and bedding were sub-par and the room was a bit dark. the advertised sauna never quite got hot enough.

the property was incredible. it was very creative and right on the beach with many places to enjoy relaxing and looking out at the ocean.

A little stressful with our 3 year old boy due to the dangers (cliffs & pool). We always had to be alert No dishwasher Very few cupboards and storage space. Its a shame because this meant we always had our stuff lying around Had to wait 2-3 minutes for a hot water shower Room cleaning was not frequent enough (3 times for 15 nights) Was windy most of the time (may time) due to proximity to the sea. We hardly went in the pool as we didn't feel hot enough I wouldn't recommend going there in colder months of the year. It needs to be hot to really make the best of the pool

The sea views from above the cliffs. Great for evening drinks, bbqs. The location & access to the beach The unique architecture & parc guell style designs Every villa was unique. We were at the villa closest to the pool. The general atmosphere of the whole place. So unique. A wonderland for kids The staff is nice and super discreet. We had the feeling we had the place to ourselves. Almost like you were at home 🏡
