Of the two bathrooms - in one, the shower head was broken so you had to hold it up to shower, and in the other the whole bathroom flooded when showering. Not ideal but not the worst. Overall pretty good bathrooms.

The continental breakfast was great, really friendly staff and good facilities.

Such a great spot, we stayed in the private room and shared bathroom. Really clean, free breakfast was great, in a perfect spot and super friendly staff. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel, would stay again for sure!

Free breakfast was great- good options to select from. Lovely staff that offered jandals to wear in the shower and bathroom. 24/7 reception which was very helpful as we arrived very late after our flight to the hostel.

There is no air-conditioning. The fan head is not movable up or down When it's warm the fan is not helping to cool down the room. If you open the windows for fresh air it cannot get into the room because of the building in front. The lift is so small. The hall way is dark

One of the Lady Nepalese Staff is very nice and friendly. The location is in the centre and close to everything. We greet some guests when we were having our breakfast. Nice open terrace.for breakfast, for a bit cooler air in the morning

It is not so comfortable in showers Because of the city center location it can be loud at night, so better to have earplugs to sleep well.

It didn't seem like the bathroom by our room was cleaned at all the 4 days we stayed at the property based on how dirty the towel used as a rug got. It wasn't a huge issue but the the stairs lights didn't work so we had to use our phone flashlights a few times.

The location is great. The complimentary wine was a nice touch. Breakfast is simple but coffee had to be paid for.

No A/C in the rooms, so it was very hot. Even though they provided a fan it was still pretty hot. Cleaning could be a bit better. Breakfast was fine but not the best. Really narrow lockers. Couldn't fit my bags in them. Had to put them on top of the bed. Lower bunk bed was super low, basically on the floor.

Great location really close to everything. Allowed to check in earlier at no extra cost and to leave the bags before and after checkout. Very nice staff. Good wifi

The bathrooms could be cleaned more often, because it was kinda smelly and wet after 2 days without cleaning it (still the same towel on the floor, dental floss on the sink...)

We stayed in a double room, which was amazing! Big bed with comfortable mattress, and we also got a little bottle of wine. The location was in the very centre of the city, which was really nice, because we could walk to almost any remarkable place. We shared our bathroom and a little only with a few other people (who were also accommodated in double rooms), which was nice. The view from the hostel is also amazing!

No air conditioning. Apparently it’s relatively common not to have it here but we kept the windows open all night (which was actually quite pleasant!) and slept with eye masks and ear plugs.

Fantastic location. Very walkable to the town centre and nearby restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Spacious private room. Elevator! Free breakfast.

Friendly staff on arrival and throughout the trip. The private room with ensuite was clean and lovely linen. Good variety for continental breakfast. Location was perfect, 5 minute walking distance from Rossio metro and station, restaurants etc. Property has elevator access.

I don't think the room looked like the pictures. It was extremely small. The bath mats in both bathrooms were dirty and should be changed more frequently. The place needs more curtains due to the sun and one should bring earplugs as it's quite noisy from the bar outside.

The location is perfect! It's nice that the building has an elevator, not so common in Lisboa.

The WiFi connection become really poor with time. I think the rooms should be cleaned more often. The shared dormitory is hot and attracts lots of mosquitoes (they gave a fan and it helped by a little). I think it should be mentioned that the shared room has no A/C

This place is really good, first of all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just on the right amount. There are also porches for each room u can sit and enjoy the street. And the location is great

I like to sleep in, and in the morning, i heard noise coming out from the bar area and other guests.

The location is great in the city center, walking distance to many shops and public transport. Free breakfast in the am and coffee. The hostel has a mini bar where you can grab a beer, water, or juice. I found that very convinient. The washrooms and showeres were clean.
