The place is due for a refurbishment, and the sound isolation is very deficient. The gym needs to be cleaned or at least wet sanitizing wipes should be provided (some machines were sticky)

Staff were very helpful and accommodating for any issues. The food was good.

Check In Time, they said our room would be ready for 15:00 hrs and instead were ready at 16:30 so we have to wait about 1:30 before we can check in. The Hosts at the Hotel could not explain to us why this delay was instead they make us only wait.

Clean Room, Clean Sheets, Good Bed. Good Location, they are at 3 miles from Old Downtown Asuncion and also about 5 miles to the New City Center so your are close to both sites. Great Breakfast American Style, recommended to start your day.

Beautiful hotel - very stunning. We had a comfy room and enjoyed our stay here. The pool was beautiful and the gym was lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

A decent business hotel in the old down town. There is a good bar and restaurant on the same street if you want something more than a club sandwich. The pool area is nice too with views of the river.

That's not 5 stars hotel. Yes they have a great lobby and restaurant, but the rooms are too small and durty. The fridge is wobbly and not fixed. Sockets are very old and worn out. the sewer is clogged and the water in the sink does not drain, there is no extractor fan in the toilet, the windows do not open. Towels was dirty. Carpet stained. in the shower only soap and shampoo.

Bad surprise at breakfast, when a piece of glass I found inside a salty cookie called chipa. That is really an absurd, impossible to accept, nothing can be told to justify that thing, employees listened to my complaint, don't know what happens after xbox at restaurant, I was asked what I would wish as a compensation.. that's not a question of compensation, it could be a real problem if swallowed a piece of glass. Not accepted anywhere never expect in a 5 star hotel. Never back to Crowne Plaza.

Nothing special, for a 5 stars hotel it is a reasonable 4.

Breakfast was varied but the food was below average; There was hardly any water at the shower and the water was cold in one of the days

The room was not the room shown in the booking photos, I had to request to clean the room, they forget my room. there is no a bidet, the hot water is very poor, the soap is miserable, very little and poor quality, the heating system is noisy.

One day they did not clean the room. I left the hotel during the morning, came back at 18:30 and my room had not been cleaned. I was out for 7 hours and the room was not cleaned.
