The rooms are a bit dated, the bathroom isn't the biggest for 5 stars, and the kettles / hairdryers are really old. The kettle was mouldy. LUX Belle Mare is a better 5 star experience.

Epic location, right on the beachfront with a lagoon that has loads of fish. Relaxing.

No shower cap was provided Restaurent is limited as the location of the hotel was not that convenient. Maybe introduce more free activities An online booking of the restaurants as we so wanted to eat at La plage the last day and book a bit too late so it was full.

The room was very nice The facilities and the food was great Staff came to check on us if everything was okay Thank you for the type c adaptor as I forgot mine (highly appreciated the girl who gave it to me)

The resort it’s tired and in need of renovation! I wouldn’t not call this 5* when compared to other hotels within the Lux Group !

Wi-Fi sometimes gets spotty especially away from the main reception (don't remember getting overly frustrated though). Had a "do not disturb" one day but went out and came back to find housekeeping still came in. I was a bit confused by that more than anything.. My room was directly facing a tennis court, ideally would have preferred to be able to keep my curtains open and still have privacy if I wished.. Reception does get pretty busy however not a big issue. There was a store and I think a library/book store out the front but couldn't figure the opening hours. Was just walking past rather than it being a destination so didn't follow up/check with reception..

Beautiful resort. Great rooms with lots of space and well fitted out. Beds were large and comfortable.. Great breakfast with many options available. Egg and pancake/crepe station, fresh orange juice machine and lots of other options. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great location, direct access to the beach. Biggest and most amazing pool, keep around the edge if you're short and just want to stand around. It's so big that it's actually not really a problem. Just over a 5 minute drive to a supermarket for supplies. Nice to relax at the resort but also had a few alternate places to eat within walking distance..

I did not liked so much the quality of proposed fruits (surprising for the location). The swimming pool is surrounded by transparent glasses, which takes away its charm. In addition, the service is not as expected for such 5 stars hotel - cleaning women often forget to refill stuff in the bathroom etc. For this period of time was fine with the balance quality & price but if i would have to come in December with higher prices i would have complaint more.

Have been there in August and enjoyed the accommodation with the direct view on the beach & Sea. Lovely time to see whales jumping out of the water.. The breakfast does have good quality food & plenty of choice. In the afternoon, crepes are offered for the clients in the hotel.

the bathroom was a bit dirty and could’ve been a lot cleaner. the prices of the food was just too high which took away the enjoyment and the WiFi could’ve been better

The room and other parts of the hotel looked a bit tired - missing paint/marks on the walls from A/C etc. Coffee at breakfast wasn’t amazing. Nothing serious but for it to be a true 5* I would not expect this.

Amazing location, friendly staff, great facilities. Delightful massage in the outdoor cabin facing the lagoon.

The restaurants (La Plage) received several noisy groups during dinner time, ruining the atmosphere. The food took very long to arrive, when questioned the waiter explained the delay was due to the groups .. in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable! If the hotel was receiving groups perhaps it was a good idea to serve dinner for the groups in a private room or a reserved place. The people on the groups shouted very loud and nobody from the hotel was able to deal with that very unpleasant situation.

Hotel looks a bit weathered and frayed at the edges. Pool access was limited due to TV series filming and was not provided advanced warning.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated. The finish in the rooms of for example electricity cables doesn’t suit the class of the hotel. In addition, the sunbeds and terrace furniture of poor quality.

The resort, especially the rooms need to be refurbished. Food at the dinner buffet can be improved. The beach would be greatly benefit from some cleaning and raking.

The staff were kind and hardworking. Breakfast buffet and the a la carte offerings were good. Complimentary sweet snacks were appreciated.

The gym was not well maintained. The food in the dinner and breakfast buffets was not 5* standard. The concierge could not arrange transport to any activities - suggested we go find public transport. Best you have your own car.

Beautiful hotel on the lagoon beach. Peaceful atmosphere. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Very French so useful to have a French phrase book with you.
