Not much , just one lift can mean a long wait sometimes but this is a small issue, take the stairs.

Good location in the city centre , AC works well . Breakfast is good with plenty if choice.

The location of the hotel is perfect because it is very close to the old city. Very close to the bus stop and metro. Breakfast was good enough and the room was very clean.

The staff weren’t so nice or helpful. When we asked if we could get a small piece of bread since we were missing breakfast one day (that we had paid for!) they declined. Other hotels always offered us this option. Another thing we booked the double or twin room and chose the double bed option. But we were greeted with twin beds instead. Receptionist told us there were no other options available for the night and so we left it withh twin beds then as we had already unpacked everything in the room and didnt want to waste time.

Room was clean, spacious and well lit. Although quite warm, ac was good to set the temperature to however we wanted it. Location was great.

Just 1 lift for the whole building (waiting times, especially around breakfast, were annoying), not many tables availablee for breakfast (you may have to sit with other people), room window can't be opened (even during winter we had to turn on AC as it was really warm and airless inside). Also, shower had is really low hight, so in order to shower, you need to hold it with your hands (in general, the hotel structuren is really old).

Walking distance from old town and some tourist attractions breakfast has some continental options, room is spacious.

The room could be cleaner. It needs a bit of fresh up the room like replacing carpet and bathroom doors. What i really didn't like is that the room was very warm, for me too hot, and i couldn't regulate the heating, so i needed to turn the a/c on. So it was not eco friendly at all. It would be nice if i could turn the heating down a bit.

The location is soo great. You can easily walk everywhere in the centre, all of the most popular sightseeing is within walking distance. From airport you only need to take one bus. As our flight back home was in the evening, i asked if we could stay in the room a bit longer, they kindly gave us a late check out till 2pm.

There's only one lift, during bfast time if you're on a high floor you have to wait a little for the lift to arrive.

Not far from the centre, only just a 15-20 min walk away. Very good location, very safe outdoors. Staff were very nice. We had a problem with our bathroom flushing and they did not hesitate to change our room. Bfast was good too. If you would like a rob, slippers or a kettle just ask at the reception.

I did not like the smell coming out of the bathroom , I am not sure if there was ventilator in the bathroom and I did not like the shower, there was some dirt in the hole that was coming out during shower

I liked that it was mostly quiet! You could hear the people above floor and the next door but it was mostly quiet ! The location was great and the people working there were nice

The whole hotel is on a 2 star hotel quality compering with my experiences in more than 40 countries as a traveler. The breakfast was boaring for me as an almost vegan and also the quality of the food is like in a small inn in a faraway end.

The hotel was good, clean and service good. The only problem I had was the noise outside. My room was positioned by the road and there was a lot of noise.

Staff at reception were somewhat surly and unhelpful. The hotel is situated on a busy road which is difficult to cross without a walk to the nearest crossing. Bar seemed to open as and when it felt like it - I'm not sure whether this is actually hotel run or just rented out to a private operator. One member of bar staff was pleasant enough but spent the entire time I was there flirting with a guest. The other member of bar staff (the following day) didn't speak a word of English and spent his entire shift watching TV and playing on his phone and gave the impression I was an inconvenience.

Central with a number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Reception area looks plush and room was nicely furnished with a decent shower. TV had channels in multiple languages. Cleaning was done to a good standard. Cleaning staff were pleasant. Can't comment on food options in the hotel as I ate out. Overall offered excellent value for money for a short business trip.

The key cards for more than one of us (in a group of 11) stopped working for multiple different rooms.

The rooms were comfy, spacious and clean. They were nice and warm in the cold month of December, but had air con if needed. Staff were nice and beers reasonably priced in the bar.
