The staff was very helpful. The room and ammenities were very clean and new. Loved the fact that the room had a terrace acces, perfect to relax after the roadtrip. Great breakfast options and very cozy terrace in front of the hotel. Highly recommended overall.

Hotel Belvedere was a nice surprise. Very clean, with clasic furniture, but looking very good. Confortable bed. Staff was extremele friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, even if there were not so much options.

There were lots of ants and other bugs in the bathroom. The coffee cups available were dirty. When I arrived at the reception to check in there was no one for 5 -10 mins. I used the number from booking to call the property, but it kept directing me to the voice mail without even ringing. Not enough parking spaces because there was a big wedding at the property's restaurant.

So so comfortable and good looking room, large windows with a nice view, instructions, rules and other information were available in the room in an awesome way. The breakfast was really nice and the people at the restaurant were also nice.

The water pressure of the shower could be improved. The breakfast did not offer many choices.

The location is central, over the street from the old Courthouse. The room was big and clean.

Cleaning protocol could be improved. Overall it was ok, however the hotel could benefit of a check-list - for example dust on inside window sill or in the shower space.

Very good location, big size room and nice view. There was a wedding/ party in the hotel restaurant and we appreciated that we received a notice regarding it when we made the booking. The staff tried to find a room with as little noise as possible in the circumstances. It was quite ok.

We had a business trip and we rested for one night at this hotel. The room size was standard and quite clean. The location is good, close to the center. We had breakfast in the morning and everything was nice.

No way to set the temperature in the room, when we arrived the room was hot like an oven, had to fiddle with the heater knob and the window to get it to a decent enough temperature. The room was weidly shaped, no power outlets next to the bed, with lighting switches and power outlets thrown randomly on the walls.

Good location, the attached restaurant is nicely decorated and, the wine list is comprehensive and the food is great. The staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast is decent enough, nothing to write home about, but gets the job done.

Parking - a bit reduced as size and also if a event takes place during Saturday evening (was the case during my stay), you won’t find parking lots. Maybe a pre-booking for hotel guests would help.

Location is in the city center of Botosani. Food was great, with many romanian dishes; Staff, really nice and friendly- were available fast and were keeping the location clean all the time.

Very filthy, bathroom is a complete disaster, in the room and bedding there was some long dark hair..from the toilet there was a leakage, shower was impossibile to set the water, it was or scorching HOT or very COLD. Heating sometimes works sometimes not. Breakfast was very poor selection, and if you wanna ask staff for omlete (which is indicated on the card on buffet desk) they literally run away from you…

This hotel is a nightmare of sounds. The first - at night you hear working some equipment from the roof. The second - an extractor hood in the bathroom turns on by itself and can work all day and night. And the last one - the hotel organized a disco during all night with the sound like you are at the concert at the stadium when the walls in the room are shaking and you can't sleep all night. The worst hotel I ever stay!

The hotel overall is pretty quiet, but if there does happen for any sound to occur, you can be sure everyone will hear it. They also threw a party at the ground floor and the music was disturbing throughout the night. Also, anytime anyone on the same floor would drop an item or do anything causing noise, I could hear it very loud as well. Additionally, breakfast wasn't very fresh. Soundproofing the rooms and serving fresh food are my only suggestions for improvement. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
