Larger bath towels would have been nice, but other than that, it was a great place to stay and very good value for money.

There was a lot to like at the Berthelot. The room was quiet, a good size, and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was perfect. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices and was tasty. The location was near other things I wanted to see. I had asked for the shuttle and someone was at the airport when my flight got in. The staff were helpful and kind.

My friend didn’t sleep well, as she thought that bed was too hard and she struggled to rest.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is clean and breakfast is delicious and there is a lot to choose from. Staff are helpful and attentive. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is near bars and restaurants and you could really feel Bucharest vibe.

The breakfast is not worth it. Especially the juices (from poor quality concentrate), the cheese selection (mainly "plastic"), and the egs (a "superdy" omelette and the sunny side ups in a brioche type paper cup that you cannot get it out of) are a particular disappointment. Also, the very tight space in which food is displayed means that you will bump into somebody while loading food on your plate.

The night shift isn't in sync with day shift, i asked to pay at night they told me to do it in the morning although i explained i need to leave before 7am , in the morning they refused to serve me before 7am. I tried the restaurant at the evening, it took a long time and the food was cold, felt like it was defrosted.

Extremely uncomfortable getting in/out of the underground parking lot. Especially if you have a full size car or even larger. I had a Skoda Octavia in a liftback. You can't do without help, but a hotel employee is ready to help here

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel and would like to mention the delicious omelettes, which are cooked according to individual requests. The room was comfortable, but the location of the shower in the bathroom was a bit awkward.

The hotel is not wheelchair accessible at all. Even older people who have difficulty walking will find it difficult to manage here because the shower is very small and there are many stairs at the entrance to the hotel without a handrail. Although there is an elevator, there are 2 steps to get to it and there are also 3 steps in the breakfast area. The shower was very small so an average person has to get in on his side and tack in his stomach. The staff was nice but there was a woman with blonde hair who was very rude and angry all the time.

The hotel is in an excellent location. reasonable price. Everything is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is large and varied.

Best location right in the centre, polite staff, excellent breakfast. We were given the best room with huge terrace. Everyone in the hotel was so nice, beds clean and v comfortable. This hotel is a gem. I couldn't recommend a better stay anywhere in Bucharest. Very good price. Excellent value. Thank you all staff from reception, restaurant and housekeeping

The mattress could be changed as even through the topper I could feel it was used. Not the best option for people who need to sleep on a soft mattress. There are no meals available from the menu in the hotel restaurant.

I highly recommend this hotel, clean and quiet, great location and is just a few minutes walk from museums, theatre, shops etc.
