There could also be a toaster at breakfast. Fridge in the room under the table (it took up space under the table).

A little bit far to walk to the old town. (20 minutes) The bus station would be close to the hotel, but the ticket booth was always closed.

The lady at the front desk is very helpful und professional. The room is very clean.

It is not very high standard hotel, so the expectations should not be also very high. Although I think that cleaning should be more precise every day. However the room was clean, I could not say the same about the towels. And the work the room service was doing every day was just as to mark that they were. Throughout three days of staying I hadn't my glass replaced although it was used!

Very quiet neighborhood. The hotel is cosy, the staff is very friendly. Quick check-in. The room is quite spacious, unfortunately without air-conditioning. Lucky, the window is for the north side so it was not very hot inside. The big bathroom! Really - full of space. The breakfast was not very rich, but for a start of the day it is enough. Perfect coffee.

I couldn't even hear the recepioner while checking in cuz of the party downstairs at the reception zone... i really hated that moment. I almost canceled the whole stay because it was so annoying. No soap at the bathroom for 1 of 2 rooms that we had. The shower cab in the room with soap didn't had a shower head to handle by hand, only from the celing and the girls could't shower without their hair getting wet. At bearkfast we had to clean and refill the cofee machine cuz the tall guy with beard could't care less that we had needs in the morning. No toaster for the bread in the morning :(

(in september) The guy that made the check-out was so nice and calm with me and he was happy to receive my feedback, even when the the negative ones came out. For my prefferences, the breakfast had everything that i liked in the morning.

Very beautiful breakfast hall, bright and friendly. Diverse things to eat, typical Romanian food.

Unfortunately there was some noise building works at one of the neighbouring flats. Most likely was not related with the owner.

Staff was very helpful and allowed an early check in. The room is located in the best area for tourists. It’s perfect place for nice week end.

The receptionist was nice and very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception and the lower part of the hotel have been renovated and are very nice and clean. Rooms are large. Breakfest was excellent.

Difficult parking area. Regarding the bathroom: problem with the sink water sewage, big noise for ventilation system, no handle for bath towels, only upper system for shower, slippery tails for wet shower. Regarding the 3 buildings of the hotel with different floors, there is really a certain possibility of accidents as the height and stairs floor level is not mentioned (different heights for the same stair case, including restaurant). Finding the rooms on each floor is really an IQ test, unless you get a photo on the inside elevator wall.

Silent surrounding, close proximity to Casa Tudor restaurant, which is very important as the hotel do not offer dining meals. Nice staff, kind of... Mainly a regular 3 star hotel and nothing more.

We waited for 3 hours for our room to be ready, even though we mentioned our arrival time on the booking. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, probably coming from the water pipes.

Warm and clean rooms, friendly receptionist, quiet area and at a walking distance from the city centre

We asked in advance for gluten free bread because of gluten intolerance but they couldn’t offer it. To reach the city center you have to walk about 15-20 minutes.

The staff is very friendly and the room is big.

The booking said queen bed but we received a room with two joined twin beds and double mattress topper. Would not have been a problem if there would have been a big double blanket, and not two single ones.

Close to bus stations. Clean and friendly staff.

It has had failures in the cleanliness of the room The shower drain was clogged. The sink when putting the plug if it closed but then it could not be opened And it had water leaks due to the flooding caused by the shower. I think it was the slope of the ground.To find the room was a real labyrinth of ups and downs, there were no buildings for those with reduced mobility

The hotel is somewhat far from the center and the Brasov gara is spacious but it is somewhat difficult to find the room. And difficulty in obtaining information about the means of communication, taxis and buses in general. Walking along the main avenue takes 40 minutes In the buffet there is a wide variety for breakfast, a large, very bright room. The location has some streets that surround them, making the hotel very confusing.
