Dirty elevators, stairs, slightly damaged furniture (unsticking strips, loose table legs, etc). I had additional foldable bed in my room however I didn't asked for it. No possibility to avoid daily cleaning. Poor light in the room, huge windows with dirty curtains, very loud as it's just next to the main road with high traffic. Very bright in the night from the street lights. Half working air conditioning (fan is stuck so it makes clicking noise). I stayed in the room 501 on the top floor.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! Especially lots of them were on the ground floor. Initially I got the room on the ground floor, there were quite a lot of them in the room and in the bathroom as well, I immediately asked to move to another room, the lady from the front desk not even asking me any questions had given me the key from another room on the 3rd. floor. That room was even better and cleaner although 1 COCKROACH was spotted during my 3day stay there. Overall it's nice budget hotel but there's a big problem with the COCKROACHes in the rooms or even in the hallway(the dead ones found) eliminated all the advantages of this place .

It's not far from the metro that allows to reach the city center pretty fast. They clean up the rooms every day which is nice for a budget hotel.

Basic room, pretty good for a one or two night stay. Best part is free parking right in front of the hotel and you have tram stop in front as well. Guy at reception was very helpful.

Minor leak on sink waste pipe, but nothing dangerous, maybe a loose towel bracket was any minor disadvage, but still nothing serious. Way better than more expansive alternatives I have seen yet :)

You can hear everything going on inside the hotel in your room. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. I am nearly certain my room wasn't cleaned by cleaning staff before I checked it. I'm pretty sure that I made my reservation after the cleaning staff went home because a lot of things were forgotten in the cleaning process. The beds were made quite sloppy, the trash had not been emptied from the bins, and a dirty glass was still on the nightstand. The towels, bed,toilet, and everything did look like they were cleaned properly though.

The price was great. The cleaning staff were very nice. There was a small store just outside the front door of the hotel.

The fridge was rather noisy, so I decided to unplug it for the night. The room was rather small, but the bed was comfortable.

The staff of this hotel is friendly and highly professional. The location is excellent. Finally, the hotel provides free parking, which is quite hard to find in that region of Bucharest.

Internet. The internet must be by far the top priority for this Hotel to improve. Not just the speed was low, but the signal was bad, keeps disconnecting and it was WiFi 3. If you are traveling for work-related this could be an issue I recommend having your own HotSpot.

Comfortable room, quiet and with a small fridge. The room was well equipped with enough furniture, a TV with many channels, and AC working well. Good light and the bathroom was all good.

the property is in a convenient location and has good parking. it is a busy area but takes an hour to the airport due to the traffic. check in was easy if a little unfriendly from one member of staff.
