Claudiu was very helpfull and caring, asking if we need anything and if we like it. Great Employe. Breakfast is limited but has everything you need, together with some traditional romanian spreads and all well made.

We stayed in room 203, and there was a bad smell in the room, like wet cloth. The shower cabin is not well insulated, the water flows on the bathroom floor when you take a shower. There was a bit noisy outside at night, but that was somewhat expected since it's right in the city ceter, surrounded by pubs (and it was during the weekend).

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center. Feels safe, at night you have to enter a code at the front door to enter the hotel. The room looks nice and it's warm and cozy, with enough space for your bags and clothes. Breakfast was ok.

Renovation materials and garbage on the way, some bathrooms finishings are poorly executed, limited tv chanels.

It’s very well located in the heart of Cluj. Great quality coffee for breakfast!

1. The fact that they were renovating probabaly because around 16:00 PM when I tried to sleep, hammer noises and other types were made. 2. It was a little bit chilli, the radiator was not aired out and although it was on maximum it was a little hot.

The room had a bit of a dank smell. As we were on the top floor we didn’t have a window. There is a skylight but we were fearful of opening it and then not being able to get it closed. I would recommend getting a room on a lower floor.

We got a parking ticket and the payment instructions were difficult for us to understand. The staff went out of their way to assist us.

The breakfast needs a little bit more variety or better said a switch of products on different days because if you stay there for 3 nights is bizarre to eat exactly the same food for 3 days in a row... Also, the water pressure at the 2nd floor was on-off.... if you are a girl and need to wash your hair it will take you ages. Other than that, all good.

The location is amazing! right in the heart of the city! And as a bonus, is in a quiet spot, even though is so central. So you can rest very well. The beds are comfy. The staff is nice.

The breakfast could use some variety. If you're staying more than 2 nights, like in our case, you don't feel like eating the same thing every day.... My shower was lacking water pressure, but other than that, everything ok.

The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. I loved that they have plugs in the bathrooms for the hair accessories. The bed was super comfy, the location was super quiet even though it's basically in the heart of the city center.

Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Well planned layout and facilities. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. I would stay there again.

There is no elevator in the building, and there are no porter service. Luggage bags are left to customer to drag on 2nd/3rd floor. Breakfast is present, but is really sad: products from Lidl, few items and they are not tasty. Multiple design mistakes (like loud doors without noise suppression, bathroom without curtain flooding whole room, odd location of electrical sockets (below sofa), entrance room door is opening by itself until locked, toilet door has no lock from inside).

Location is excellent. Room are spacious and reasonable, personnel is welcoming (but has poor English and can't help with advanced inquires like pediatric hospital location). Daily room cleaning.

The staff wasn’t really present. I didn’t see any member of staff at the reception in my 2 days. Breakfast wasn’t great, it was basic.

Could be a little bit noisy in the night because of a bar near by. So if you are really sensitive to noise maybe check if there are quiet rooms. But wasn’t too bad (only on Friday).

My door was difficult to lock and unlock. No fridge in the room for my medication.

The hotel is right in the mmiddle of the old centre, convenient for cafes and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel is doing partial refurbishments and repairs, some floors are affected. Globally this is not necessary annoying, but it was not ANNOUNCED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
