No wifi connection in the room, therefore you cannot use the smart tv in the room either. It was not solved even after I told to the receptionist about this. The cleaning service doesn’t check if there is shower gel or toilet paper, so I had to ask for it. The pool is quite small and the water has too much chlorine - my eyes stung and you smell like chlorine even after two showers. The spa doesn’t have too many options: just the pool, a dry sauna and a salt room. The towels from the spa are quite old and torn. So are the bathrobes - they should be replaced.

Large room, clean, nice view, good breakfast, except the coffee - not so great. I didn’t like the mattress - but this is a matter of taste - I prefer a firm one. The food in the restaurant is good and the prices are really decent

We would have loved to have breakfast earlier, from 7.00. Dinner took too long as restaurant was crowded. Swimming pool quite small.

Zero WiFi inside the room, the router working only outside the room (third floor) and the receptionists did not bother to professionally seem to be interested in this matter.

No air conditioning in the room, but I suppose it’s not absolutely necessary. We came in an exceptionally hot weather period, but it was okay.

Great location - not far from the city, but in a very green area, fresh air, quiet. Awesome friendly staff. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms, clean and nice. Good facilities, great restaurant, very good breakfast. Generous parking.

The hotel is very well located, surrounded by the forest. The breakfast is reach, containing also local food from farmers: types of cheeses & meat. I asked to check out at 14:00 instead of 11:00 and they allowed me free of charge. I enjoyed my time at this hotes.

The restaurant is good, but not on the highest level ( on the positive, the cost level is also medium). Sometimes you can hear all the noise from the fun room on the fourth floor, especially if you have the room on the third floor ( on the positive, once we made the complain to the front desk, problem was solved) - I guess, some misbehaving kids. The cleaning: it is not as we expected on 4* hotel. They've just changed towels and nothing else, even after 3-4 nights.

The location is really great, staff very friendly and SPA is also great for a couple of days. We didn't use the medical facilities, but it was always full of people. The massage is also really great. On the fourth floor, you can use the tenis table, football or billiard.

Please allocate some hours at the pool only for adults, or allow pool/sauna access later, when kids go to sleep. There were kids literally screaming and splashing throughout the day, making it impossible to have some quiet time in there.

Proper room and bathroom size for 4*. Amazing breakfast and restaurant menu. Friendly staff. Outside the city, very quiet location.
