We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaOur room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. There was bad smell in the bathroom. Low water pressure for the hot water. You could get hot water just enough to shower, but not too hot. No hot water at all in the wash basin. The parking lot has only a few places that are with asphalt and there was mud there (huge parking lot otherwise, just not with asphalt). Also keep in mind that Google maps could navigate you via some weird unpaved roads to the hotel.
The beds were comfortable and the free transfer to the airport was good.

BulgariaA bit noisy from the airport, but it's tolerable: at last the near airport is it's advantage. Didn't see elevator if you have heavy suitcases for the highest floor, but take the sport a bit 😀
A good location for your plane trip. Very tidy, warm and clean rooms, wide enough for two. Good prices and free shuttle service. Paid parking lot for the left cars. There is espresso machine and tea in the rooms. Our regular choise before fights.

UkraineThe only thing I would add - is a smile to the receptionist. One man smiled, but another one talked even without looking into the eyes, just continued to work with a computer. And when I tried to arrange the transfer - they didn't give a full understandable answer, nevertheless the transfer was given 10 minutes after we informed the hotel, that we are near the airport.
The hotel is really nice, absolutely clean, very warm, even hot I would say:) A very comfortable thing is that they make a transfer from/to the airport for free. If you want to order breakfast, you should know that it's a very modest one, though the price for it is small, too, so no complaints from my side.

GermanyNo lifts but thank God we got our rooms in the first floor. There was no help available to bring your luggage up to the floors. Shower needs an urgent replacement. the heating was not working. the guy came to fix it. the heating started but there was no way to reduce or turn it off. We stayed in a Sauna that day :).
Overall a good experience and a good value for money esp if you have a lay-over. The staff was super friendly and generous in helping you out especially in the kitchen and also if you need anything in the room. Five strs for that. In our kids room, Thank God they got a TV with You tube that kept them occupied. But this was not in all rooms.

GermanyThe bathroom really needs renovation especially the shower and the toilet seats. The toilet was nevertheless clean and never had a bad smell. The shuttle does not exclusively come for you, they just come and alot of people gather around to take it. We had missed 2 shuttles as others were faster than us. So be quick in sitting and putting your bags in.
The staff was very friendly and helped in whatever way they can. The room was quite comfortable with heating facility as well as free coffee and tea. You can also get free coffee, tea and hot chocolate (which my kids really enjoyed). The shuttle came every 15-20 min to pick or drop off at the airport. The hotel was quite near to the airport. We travelled to the city by über but there was an option to use local busses as well close to the hotel. The hotel is near to Băneasa mall which was quite big and have a food court and many luxurious shops and also a Carrefour.
