The restaurant isn’t exactly what you would expect from a 4 star facility: breakfast was very poor for the extra price and what is advertised as “Warm kitchen all day” is actually canned food to be warmed up in your own room.

The location of the hotel was incredible, close to the old town and very characteristic! The SPA pool was a very nice add on.

Check out is very early (10.00) in the morning. If you stay more than one night, cleaning services and new/clean towels are under extra payment.. Breakfast is bellow expectations. At least there are many other options around the venue. Check in process is rather conflict, in case that your are not computer friendly.

Well Located in the center of the city, room had all of facilities. Raluca is very helpful on the reception desk, willing to assist in any case or problem that might arise.

The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Before you asked a question there answer would be no. Everything we asked for they didn’t even bother to help. They had very bad attitude and didn’t smile once.

Staff is not very friendly. There was leakage from the shower and the water drainage was not working. After 12 AM, there was a lot of loud noises in the corridor. People should be warned not to make so much noise after hours.

Poor breakfast, room was not spacy but did the job. Mattress was hard, mot to my liking and pillows could be flaffier.

The room wasn't so clean, we found some plastic trash on the floor, dirt on the chairs. We stayed there 3 nights and took with breakfast included, in the first day we didn't get any breakfast, when trying to contact the hotels costumer service they told me "appears that all guests have been informed of the breakfast arrangements" while no one contacted us or told us something like this. The costumer service is really bad, answering once per week.

The location is great, the room is beautiful yet small but was enough, the view is not so good from the window. The staff in the lobby was great too, helped a lot.

We had an issue with check-in but it got solved. The noise from the street was noticeable all day and especially during the night.

We liked the room and the central location. The wellness facilities were also nice.

The bed corners are very sharp (design fault) prone to injuries. Small room. Smelly bathroom. 10 am checkout on a closed for trafic street during spring-autumn weekends.

We have won a voucher for 150 lei for the bistro at the hotel from the Easter lottery, however, we couldn't use it neither for breakfast, nor for dinner although we were told at the reception that it can be used for any time of the day.

The sauna was running on a low 50 degrees the entire time. The pool/ fitness area was insanely humid, as it’s located in the basement. As there was no ventilation down there, even the lobby smelled like chlorine. So working out in the gym wasn’t great.

The rooms are very well equipped and the bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The small kitchenette had everything you needed. The location is great, as it is right in the center of Bucharest, only a 5min walk to the old town.
