Room could have been a bit more cleaned as it was a bit dusty and carpet had stains. But bedding was ok. The shower in our room needed repair as the drain was broken in a way and was right in the middle of the shower.

Location was perfect very easy to move around! Breakfast was ok nothing special!

This 'grande dame' hotel provides good understated quality in the main square of Iasi. Well appointed comfortable bedroom. Good restaurant available for lunch and dinner. Excellent breakfast buffet which started promptly at 07.00, and the hot food really was hot.

I liked everything in this hotel, I will for sure be back. The only downside is that one of terraces in the Unirii square downstairs has loud music till 1 a.m. Maybe they can manage to discuss with them( same noise is to be heard in the Unirea Hotel next to it).

Great hotel which has a great history, originally designed by Gustave Eiffel. Beautifully furnished rooms, newly renovated, all decorated with great taste. Perfect location close to all touristic attractions in Iasi.

Splendid accommodation. Situated in the heart of Iasi, with all the amenities around. Room size was decent, bed was really comfortable and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel is the perfect combination between the vintage and modern styles. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. As a tourist, if you want to visit the city I think this is the best option available.

Absolutely nothing!

This was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and we couldn't fault anything. Oana and Catalina on reception couldn't have made us feel more welcome and were wonderful to engage with. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city centre, and again I have no hesitation in giving it our highest recommendation. A little bit of luxury in the heart of Iasi!

Truly a Grand Hotel! Everything was perfect. Location close to main sights but quiet at the same time. Staff is exceptionally kind, they went above and beyond to make my family feel at home. My little nephew needed medication and the reception staff went to the pharmacy to pick it up then brought it to the room, simply amazing! I could easily communicate with the hotel weeks in advance, to arrange for my stay, and I wish I would have stayed longer. Room was impeccable and breakfast well diversified and tasty. The city center is beautiful and full of history. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again when in Iasi next time.

Lukewarm coffee at breakfast, and only 1 machine for entire room. Staff were not unfriendly but not friendly either, which made you feel a little unwelcome It would be nice to be acknowledged with a hello or good morning.

There was mold in some corners of the shower, a small stain on the window curtain and some traces at the base of the room walls.
