The location was perfect for my work in Veranda Mall and very importantly there were many free parking spaces right in fron of the building. It was very quiet at all time. There is large Kaufland 5 minutes away and Veranda Mall is less 10 minutes away. The host was very friendly and helpful, also flexible in terms of check-in and check-out times. The place was clean, the room and the bathroom was large enough, the kitchen is shared with the other room but this wasn't a problem. There were all necessary utensils in the kitches and a microwave.

Spending 20-30 min to the centre could be the a thing one might dislike. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very high, but definitely better than other places...

There was no breakfast, but there was a shared kitchen (microwave, electric kettle and stove) with another room. There was a small fridge in our room. The free wifi is good, we had no problems with it. The room and bathroom both were clean and they provided towels and soap. The rooms also smelled very nice. No smoke. The heater worked well, the temperature in the room was pleasant. The location was nice and calm. The bus and tram station were not far. Various eateries, a mall, supermarkets and the Obor market are nearby. The check-in and check-out were without complains. We were able to check out very early to catch our train.

Hard to tell honestly, everything was as described. We stayed only one night and we were tired. I know I had something to write here, but I did not submit my original review and now it has been a week so I don't remember anything bad :D

Having AC at a cold day is really good. The place is near the main road, but also away from it, so its quite quiet, kitchen was shared but did not have any issue with that at all. Located a bit from the center, but considering how big is the city it is not too bad. There is a big show very near that is great. No issue with the host.

the host is a very reliable person and in the circumstances of my travel it was extremely helpful to not have anything to worry about the accommodation. nice and quiet location, clean room, we had a kitchenette available if needed, more than fair price. I recommend this property for city break in Bucharest. it is convenient located to any public transport stops.

I was pleased with the comfy room beds, and most of all the quiet AC in the very hot days. good for a short or long stay. good size of the bathroom, good water pressure in the shower. Small garden where you can take a rest and lit your cigarette.

The only scary thing was leaving the car outside on the curb, but it was the only parking space available since the location's yard is too small to fit a car.

I wasn't expecting to go somewhere that would tick all the boxes: the location is good since you are close to public transport, the owner is friendly, easy to talk to and straight to the point (which I like), the room has good looking furniture which is not damaged in any way, the beds are very comfortable, the AC is a life saver, and it had it's own bathroom which was very spacious and clean. We felt nothing was missing and for what it had to offer, I feel the price is just right. If I were to visit Bucharest again, I would choose this location without hesitation.

I liked that it offers a perfect minimum of condition, even for a week stay, if you plan just to have breakfast and sleep, the room was always warm, and the facilities were just enough for me.

The pictures are showing the reality of the place. The room was clean and without any kind of bugs, the sheets and towels were all clean and without any kind of stains.

Maybe in the morning a little noise from neighborhood?? 😁😀 An insect net for windows wouldn't hurt.

The furniture in the room and the electrical appliances as well as the bathroom equipment are all well chosen.
