Nice location and very cheerful staff. Room was clean and tidy. It is perfect to walk around the old city without using a car or taxi. The park and main street are just few meters away.

However, there are some drawbacks. The rooms are quite old and could use some updating. Additionally, cleanliness was not up to par during my stay, which was disappointing. Another issue is that the photos on booking don’t accurately represent the actual condition of the rooms, which can be misleading for potential guests.

Overall, my stay was a mixed experience. The location of the place is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine hospitality, making me feel immediately at home. Their helpfulness and attentiveness throughout my stay were truly commendable.

The apartment certainly lacked facilities that could have made the stay a lot more comfortable. It was also very warm and could have been cleaner.

The apartment was centrally located, close to just everything we needed for our trip. The receptionists were approachable and kept our luggage after check out, called the taxi for us.

It's an old building, everything is new in the room, but still - take this into the account. Entrance in the garage is not for tall cars (SUVs) so make sure you ask for a parking in nearby shopping mall.

Was not as clean as it should specially it kinda smells from the bathroom . The balcony is surrounded by a wall so no view around except the sky The heat system is actually just an air condition which makes the first floor cooler and the upper floor too warm Not a lot of things offered to use in the kitchen.

The cleaning should be more at least each day. While we are on holiday for sure not a fan of cleaning. The room we had was different than we booked, but the one they offered was ok maybe even better

The room was very close to the places to visit. The roof windows were very nice for us, specially for the kids.

It is hard to find this apartment and the staff could not guide me to the right place. I arrived in Serbia without internet connection so it was very annoying that nobody helped me. Also parking spot under the building is very difficult to park in, yes there is another one but far you have to walk on foot to get there.

We had the top floor flat and with no lift we had to use the stairs. Would be a problem for those less able.

3 of us stayed 2 nights. Good facilities. Staff were very helpful with regard to restaurants and transport.

I liked the comfort of the apartment and the location. it was very close to the old town and easy to get to the castle.

some of the things are a little dated in the room, rusted shower rack for example but this was not an issue - was very happy with the stay

very friendly staff, easy to find and smooth check in. Nice room clean and had the things you would expect. AC and fridge, nice comfortable bed. Location is amazing right in the chilled bar area quiet in the room but buzzing outside, lots of great bars and restaurants in the local areas.

The bed isn’t so comfortable and bathroom necessities were poor quality and pretty limited. I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and shower gel.

I stayed at a different building which is next to the main building of the apartment. I didn’t expect that. In the photos it seems like there are some areas for general use like a pool etc. I’ve never saw them

The level of comfort and cleanliness is far from being at the highest level. It was not possible to check us in before 14-00. There was a notice on the door that the terminal was not working, but thank God everything was working - otherwise we had to look for an ATM in Serbia again.... By the way, Serbia is the only country in 5 years where I needed cash to leave the airport. Keep in mind that Uber, Lyft, Bolt do not work here, and cab drivers drive for cash.

It was quite an adventure. Serbia was like taking me back to the early 2000s, late 90s. The hotel is not bad, but of course, I'm used to this kind of thing. A friendly woman at the front desk, paper visitor logs, a nice patio, and a room straight out of my distant childhood.
