The only thing we really lacked was an electric kettle and a couple of cups. This would make me completely happy in this room :)

The room was cozy, not too small, in addition to the beds there was a sofa, which was very comfortable. All equipment in the bathroom worked. The room was quite warm, despite the cold weather and wind outside. Good variety of lighting. There is even a balcony, but in this weather we couldn’t appreciate it :) It was especially nice to find fluffy blankets; they made our stay in the room especially comfortable :) We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and everything was very tasty. Of course, it’s disappointing that you can smoke there, just like almost everywhere else in Nis. However, there is a children's area, there is no smoking there and it is more or less comfortable :)

The hotel is located in a very busy intersection. It’s difficult to park and it’s very noisy.

The room was comfortable and bright and the location was not too far from the main attractions.

For breakfast beside one drink (coffee or tea) some other juice has to be include.

Room and bathroom were nice and specious and bed comfortable. Breakfast was correct. In hotel is patisserie with very delicious cakes.

The room could have been better and we weren't told there was no lift. We were on the 3rd floor.

The room was a bit of a disappointment as the shower tray was rusty. But otherwise is was a good location for 1 night stay. Breakfast was amazing though and staff super friendly.

The room was big and quiet enough for us to have a good one night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, they managed to find a parking place for us despite the difficult traffic conditions of the city centre. The breakfast was good standard (eggs, sausages, bacon as well as yoghurt and jam).

Parking fee is not written in the description, and is 10eur/night. There was no minibar and the cleaning was made superficial. The room had a smell of tabac, although it was a non smoking room.

A bit odd shower.

The hotel was very easy to reach from the motorway and provided me with a parking space just across the street. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There is a nice and cosy restaurant with interesting menu. The staff was very polite and helpful.

smoking into the restaurant is the worst thing if they forbid smoking indoor would be amazing, English language should be the main language for workers but it was very poor

The bath facilities were too old. Too little kitchen appliances.

In a description on a booking there is a free car parking but this is actually parking in one small street on a sidewalk that is not proper parking for a car. Public parking or garage is also offered, which are charged additionally, and that is not in accordance with the description on the booking.

Nice big room with air condition. A decent breakfast in a restaurant located within the hotel. City centre was 15 minutes by foot. Easy to find this hotel.

Nice stay! Room was all I needed for this type of "Staycation". Everything is walking distance,city center , café, restaurants and shopping mall (Delta Planet). The hotel staff is in the adjacent café most of the time but is friendly and helpful. Nice cafe downstairs where I've enjoyed my blue lagoon in a lazy evening 🌆

The breakfast I couldn't make breakfast. Because I have to leave very early in the morning to go to Sofia.

Room and cleanliness is well. It was close to the Shopping mall. And thre was a very nice and beautiful patisserie at the entrance.

The staff are a little disorganised. When I arrived there was nobody at reception & I had to find someone in the cafe to check me in. This took a while as she was not able to find my booking & was dealing with cafe customers. The room looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. It wasn’t bad but if I had seen it first I would have booked a cheaper hotel closer to the bus station. I sat downstairs outside in the cafe to finish off a sandwich & was told this isn’t allowed despite being a paying guest of the hotel, it was 5pm on Tuesday & the place was nowhere near full. The guy in charge eventually reluctantly let me stay there for 5 minutes. It felt like the cafe was the main business & the hotel was a bit of an afterthought.

The room was clean & reasonable for what I paid.
