There were only two available receptionists and I had to wait quit a long time in the queue.

The room was clean and pretty good for its price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location as the underground and bus stops are very close. Many shops and places to eat near the hotel.

Arrived after midnight and had to stay half an hour just to check in, very slow. Also there is no cattle, would be great to have it.

WiFi quality could be better. You can also have an evening meal in the hotel for 500 rubs as well but I personally found it not so good..

Room cleanliness and comfort were good, continental breakfast is good and relatively cheap (500 rubles). You can get typical Russian salads (ViNeGrEt and OLiVje !). You can get boiled water on every floor if you like to have a tea in the evening in your room. Close to underground station (~15 mins to the center) and MCD (Ласточка).. There is a nearby park (Izmajlovo) where you can have a walk, rent a bike, etc.. The foodstore PeReKrEsToK is also nearby.

Staff-they asked me hotel confirmation from previous hotel. I explained them it will be ready next day as I stayed previous hotel only one night. it is standard time for process. They refused to check in for 5 hours, finally checked in. After 5 days later I checked out this hotel and asked them hotel confirmation. They told me it would be ready next day haha. Hotel is old, furnitures old. My 1st room was so cold and I changed it after 1st night. There is no kettle in the room only small fridge. Simply very poor hotel. Izmailovo Gamma is close to it and much better.

The information on the site did not correspond to reality. The room smelled like sewage, the staff couldn't or didn't want to help me. The number needs updating. Spots and traces of numerous guests were everywhere.

The hotel is located opposite the Partizanskaya metro station, and there is also a park nearby. Nice view from the window
