You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Keep the expectations a bit low with this hotel but the staff was really friendly. There was one housekeeping worker, Raees, who was exceptional. He provided everything we needed and was always approachable.

United KingdomCheck in was dismal. Turned up and stood at the desk to no acknowledgement by the 3 staff who just carries on talking to each other. Then promised my rooms after 20 minutes and eventually 2 hours. 1 of my 8 rooms, the key was given and then they decided to give it to someone else and tell me to wait Muhammad abd Allah and Muhammad Al haidari were terrible staff who are am embarrassment to their job and the city of Madinah They made 0 effort to be warm and accommodating but rather gave a bad attitude throughout.
Clean rooms that were well furnished Great value and the daily water bottles to the room were very useful
