You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesI was trying to change from breakfast to suhoor in the reception but they say it’s not possible which made me disappointed from them as there is no option on booking to change it. They told me to contact booking to change it to suhoor which I failed to do as nobody responded from booking. What I feel that the management of the hotel shall be more flexible about this things and not make it hard for the customers as not everything goes how we like while booking. Changing the time will affect no body.

The restaurant reception staff are not professional and treated my family very bad they make feel you are there for free
