You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Egypt1- Wifi was not working. I informed the housekeeping staff who sent the engineer & wasn’t able to fix the problem.
1- Deluxe King room was quite spacious, with a sitting area as in the pictures. 2- Toilet was also spacious with a shower cabin & tub. 3- Hotel is very clean & well maintained. 4- Location is quite good. 5- Relatively good value for money.
