The bathroom amenities needs to improve. They literally need to change the shower head and the toilet seat.

- Car parking is very small, sometimes difficult to get parking outside. - Breakfast has limited items (ok for 2-3 days short stay) and small area with 6-8 tables. - Light in the one life not working and bad smell near lift area (same comment given earlier by other traveler) - Very small gym with only one equipment for weight exercise (even no dumbbells) and cardio equipments (treadmill, elliptical, cycle), disappoint because I am regular to gym. - Some items are broken (bathroom shower: only top is working, side shower is not working), bathroom handle on glass door is broken.

Very good hotel for short stay of 2-3 days: - Cleanliness in the hotel. - Quick check in. - Central air-conditioner with good temperature control. - Bed sheets, towel, bath Rob, small napkin etc. very clean, carpet in the room very clean - Location (600 Meters walking distance to Alfaisalia tower). - Wifi is good. - Toiletries, Weight scale, disposable Slippers, locker, standard kittle with tea-coffee etc. in the room. - High water pressure in bathroom. Paid SAR 983.00 for 2 N stay, one adult, standard room with breakfast.

Need lot of improvement in food. Although breakfast was complimentary there were no or limited items to choose from. Taste is average and had same set of items every day to which we got bored.

Very Clean and comfy room. Cutlery and kitchen appliances like oven and stove were available that was helpful for making basic food while staying for 3 days. Staffs were very friendly. Location is also good for getting Into most of the famous landmarks in Riyadh

Parking is still challenging. The breakfast can be improved. There was a bad smell near the elevator at ground floor.

This is my second stay at this property. The location is great everything is nearby. The room was super clean this time and spacious which suited my family a lot. The lady at call center was responsive and helpful.
