Check in should have been on time. I had to persistently request to give us the room. Unfortunately, it was delayed by over two hours around 6:15pm instead 4pm. It was very frustrating part of our stay!!

I lost a few clothing and food items during changing room later to a bigger suite. Unfortunately we were unable to find it despite the staff full cooperation and search.

The property is very near to haram making this very easily accessible. This is close to women gate 12-15. We booked a disable friendly room. The toilet and room were of very good size. The toilet was clean and the suite was nicely decorated. The whole suite was newly built and has a beautiful look. This helped my elderly mother to have a comfortable stay there. The property was very clean and staff were willing to clean the room and provide extra stuff as required. The provision of complimentary coffee with dates was a good gesture. We were also provided with an extra bed in the room that helped us. Staff- Saif-ur-Rehman was very kind and helpful for sorting any queries.

No restaurant or breakfast at the property. The bathrooms flooded after taking showers. Not good drainage of water in the bathrooms.

Great location. The property has been renovated beautifully. The suite was very nice, clean and beautiful. The cleaning staff were very helpful.

I booked 2 rooms and requested rooms on the same floor which I did not receive. Difficult to navigate the building as there are many lifts which lead to different sides of the building. The 1 bedroom haram view room is smaller in comparison to the 1 bedroom courtyard view room, however the view of the courtyard is unpleasant. Basic supply of cutlery and crockery eg, only 2 tablespoons provided no other types of spoons. The athaan could not be heard on the courtyard side of the building (room 525).

Location is convenient-directly opposite the haram. Water, tea/coffee and toiletries are replenished daily. Cleaning staff very helpful: Shuaq Ghulam and Mohamed Habib always eager to assist. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Check-in was slow and could have been faster if more staff was available at the reception counter.

Room was very spacious and comfortable! The apartment has most kitchen amenities with a full size fridge/freezer. Conveniently located to Haram. Being just above Taiba Shopping Centre was a bonus.

Nothing at all

The suites have been recently renovated and offer spacious accommodations. All necessary amenities are provided, creating a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The proximity to Haram is highly convenient. Overall, the experience was exceptionally positive. I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff member, Mr. Ariful Islam. His attention to detail and willingness to assist guests went above and beyond expectations.

The windows weren’t soundproof enough and the construction next door continued throughout the night. I would recommend sound seals around the double glazed windows and possibly a shutter as well.

Mr Salim, the cleaner was the most efficient and pleasant person to deal with. He cleaned diligently and sometimes more often than required. Other than this, the property is well finished, tastefully done and well executed.

Housekeeping was only when requested. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet rolls and the bins to be emptied. Rooms should have been cleaned and serviced daily.

Excellent proximity to and gorgeous haram view. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and good lift access to rooms. Self catering with a big fridge/freezer, an induction stove and adequate kitchen utensils, tea, kettle and coffee machine. Sofa bed was comfortable. Loved that there was a clothes rack. Comfortable dining rable and chairs.

Wifi was VERY bad only in one room it was working, we asked several times to have it fixed, the receptionists told us they would send in an IT but he never came and we stopped asking
