United KingdomThe toilet wasn’t what I expected for a hotel like this. The shower head was bad and it had no attachments. You couldn’t take it off and wash your self properly it was just stuck to the wall. The sink was clogged and had to wait a while for someone to come fix it. Asked for water and no one came and I had to ask again the next day. I came around 2:30 to check in and it took over 2 hours and 20 minutes to check in and get a key. The queues were honestly disgusting. They need to be a bit more strict with people checking out on time because it’s not fair for others to come at check in time and the rooms aren’t available. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t want to come here again other than that it was decent.
The one thing that was good about it was that it was just a 5 minute walk from Masjid Al Haram. It was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay nothing special however, the fresh eggs and pancakes were very good. The little desserts were the highlight of it all. The staff in the kitchen are really friendly and nice. They work so quickly and they’re so clean. Honestly made the vibes so much better. They are much nicer than reception staff. The females that do the check in down in reception have no facial expressions, no emotions, no good customer service and it’s just sad. You’d think you’d get treated a bit better in a hotel that charges this much.

Locations but dont be fooled with the hassled to go to Haram. The lift to GF is crowded most of the time. I booked a room with partial Kaaba view - probably not worth it, you can get better view at different hotel
