As we had to check out, the staff suggested to keep our luggage in the luggage room till our taxi came. They put bands on our bags and gave us a slip with the matching number. When we came to collect our bags the staff could not locate them. We were over 30 minutes waiting for our bags. Each member of staff couldn’t recall taking the bags even though we handed them to the manager, he still refused to take accountability. Turns out they were placed back up in the room. It was a genuine mistake but the staff didn’t handle it correctly and were refusing to acknowledge their mishap. It was an unfortunate end to a lovely stay.

The hotel deserves a renovation (part of it is already under construction). Good room and comfortable beds, but the air conditioners need to be cleaned regularly otherwise there is humid air in the room. Breakfast always the same. I do not recommend their buffet restaurant (expensive and not very good)

The hotel is in a perfect position, close to restaurants and street food. Their Indian and Japanese restaurants are really good! Staff is very nice (specially Ezra)

Hard to get a pool towel, the security box in room was not fastened to wall, and patio door latch did not work - had to place a chair in front of it each time I used the deck

Staircase and lifts were situated to the side of the building so you had to walk all the way round to go to the pool- would be better if more centrally located. Restaurants were overpriced.

If you are light sleeper you will have some issues here. I didn’t liked that there is construction. Even if you want to sleep late because you are on vacation forget about that. Literally from 9am-6pm every single day(except Sunday, we were blessed with some afternoon peace that day). We couldn’t fully enjoy, because the soundproof of room is so bad. You could hear anything, no matter where are you staying. You could hear neighbors above you moving chairs, you can hear staff talking close to your room, but you have feeling that they are inside of your room. Without that our stay would be 10. Breakfast buffet could use some variety, every single day was the same except for fruit( they can put some effort there). Coral Asia restaurant really expensive for what they are offering(staff not interested at all, late food, quality of the food so so.)

We had such a nice time at Coral. We were really lucky to get one if the newest room and thank goodness for that. Our room(322) 3rd floor is such a beautiful space, everything was brand new, designed with taste. No issues there. Definitely an ocean view room, because the location of hotel is literally on the beach. We only had breakfast buffet, it’s okay. Decent amount of food. Daily cleaning, really nice staff.

It's a large old fashioned 70s hotel which could do with a bit of refurbishment but we didn't mind that. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location right on the beach with good beachside restaurant lovely for evening drinks and watching sunset. Gave us an upgrade to superior seafront room with fantastic views. Very well organised and provided us with shower room and use of all facilities on last day due to late flight. All staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Close to other restaurants and bars further along beach.

Unfortunately there is construction going on, and made it difficult for our afternoon naps ;-)

The hotel itself is a little dated in decor, but it makes up for it with their staff. Everyone is so attentive and willing to help. I would call out Jemmalyna at the restaurant who despite had a challenging time to split the bill among 12 people, she always had a friendly attitude and remained very professional. Elsie was our waitress a few times as well and is so lovely, friendly and goes the extra mile. When checking out, I met with Millie at the front desk who I was interacting with via messaging and is also a great asset to the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the view from our balcony was very pleasant.

Extortionate beer prices. Did not get the room I had booked and paid for and the room I had paid for 'with a problem' had others staying in it. They did offer a larger room for day 2 and 3 and a free lunch as compensation, but I was subject to a stomach upset 24 hours after arrival.....

One of the best things about the place was the staff - they were all amazing and always helpful. Millie, at the reception, was so kind with all of us and my daughter absolutely loved her. It made the stay really even more special!

The hotel is located right next to the beach and you can enjoy a nice breakfast while seated in the restaurant overlooking the beach or even on the beach itself. If you want to spend a day with kids in the pool and/or the beach, it is a good location while you can enjoy a cocktail and a bite to eat at the same time.

The kitchen is a long way from the bar and it takes a long time for service. The saving and rooms on booking.com are managed by head office in Moscow and they don't communicate with the booking desk at the hotel... We booked the rooms on booking.com only to be told there weren't any when we went to the desk...a little nerve wracking..

The rooms are due a makeover. Taxi sharing to airport could have been arranged better, 5 couples waiting, 3 couples left in minibuses with only 2 passengers seemed a waste, but guess the hotel is on commission for each one.

Staff were polite and friendly, the pool was clean and location right on the beach, plenty of sunbeds with towels provided. A late checkout wasn't a problem, luggage stored for the day, and a shower room provided

The person attending to us at check-in gave us a bit of attitude. She also failed to book us into the system. As a result we could not use Wifi for hours. Phone in the room was out of order. One of the bedside reading lamps was out of order. Despite being hotel residents, we were not allowed to dine at the Indian restaurant, since we had not made a prior booking. There were too many dogs roaming around the beach area.

Proximity to the beach. Excellent views of the ocean and swimming pool area from the beach. Breakfast by the beach. Enthusiastic and helpful waiters. Special mention to Ezra for her exceptional service, making sure that we were well catered for. Assistance calling a taxi for us when we checked out. Allowing us to check out an hour later at 11h00.
