We were traveling with a baby and somehow missed that the apartment was on the second floor so we always had to leave the stroller downstairs and carry the baby.

The location, the kitchen, which had everything you needed to cook, the heating worked very well, the staff were very attentive and there was enough space for 4 adults and a baby

The apartment could use a renovation. The lamps in the living room were not lit, the bulbs should be replaced. The TV didn't work

The apartment is in a very good location on the pedestrian street.

The bathroom was extremely small. A towel rail would be very helpful And a ledge in the shower floor would help to prevent the floor flooding when showering. It was lovely to have a coffee pot but it would be appreciated if a small amount of coffee was provided. A microwave and toaster would also be very helpful

    The location was fantastic

Excellent position but can be noisy
    • Leisure trip
    • Solo traveler
    • Standard One-Bedroom Apartment

It's not the fault of the owner of course, but it would've been better if the bedrooms had been built towards the tiny, quiet street and the kitchen towards the loud main street with bars etc. Not vice versa. You can hear yelling drunk people pretty well. However, with my ear plugs, it wasn't a problem in the end.

Excellent position in Gamla Stan. Very warm inside in winter. Had the equipment we needed for 3 days (e.g. washing machine), but don't know if you could cook here. One double bed and one sofa bed, easy to unfold. Big shower. Easy checkin with number code.

Be more clear about how you need to get up through steep stairs to the apartments (not awesome with a baby pram), during the winter, apartment can get cold and a bit tricky to regulate the temperature. None of these are really deal-breakers for what you get in return.

Amazing location, great apartment, comfortable, cable/google TV was a plus, noise was not really an issue, very cozy. None of the "downsides" are deal breakers if you are a bit resourceful. It's a great glimpse into what living in Stockholm back in the day would be like.

We only found one fault with the property and it didn’t bother 2 out of 3 travellers. However if you are a light sleeper this property isn’t for you. The windows don’t offer much sound proof and the light sleeper was woken up the first morning from 545am with bins being dragged across the cobbles and bin lorries and subsequent nights/early mornings due to other noises outside.

The location is excellent and considering it was -7 when we were there and the radiator in the lounge did not work (we reported to apart direct who said they would fix) it was a super toasty apartment.

When we were out one day, people came in the the apartment the change the blind in the bedroom. We were not warned of people coming in and felt this was invading our privacy a little. The bathroom was not shown as a full picture and this would have been appreciated as it was much smaller/not what we expected. Mostly clean though. There was also limited hot water which could have been mentioned in the booking process.

The location was fantastic. She bedding was very clean. The apartment had all the space we needed. Check in and out was very easy. Netflix was available which we made use of.

    Nice apartment; wonderful location

I would give the apartment a 10, but we had a few concerns. First, two important lights were out in the kitchen and I had trouble seeing while cooking on the stove top. On Thursday night I reported the most important light to the management (there is an online process to so do), but it took several days to get it fixed. They needed a photo of the light fixture, which I sent early Saturday. But nothing happened until Monday, our last day/night there. The management should know which apartments have which types of light fixtures and perhaps ask their cleaning crew to check lights, etc when they come in after each guest's visit. I probably could have gotten the matter handled sooner if there had been someone with whom to communicate directly, but their computerized system is very impersonal. (We did get our request for more toilet paper handled within a day.) Also, the kitchen was equipped with absolutely nothing. We've travelled all over Europe in the last decade and probably stayed at 50+ apartments with kitchens. They always have something provided, either a bit of coffee for a day or two, cooking oil, a roll of paper towels, salt, pepper, or even spices. But this unit had nothing. We bought all of the above, including a big bottle of cooking oil, which we left there. We hope the management left this bottle for their next guests. If not, they too will have to buy everything, which is quite wasteful. We brought our extra salt, pepper, coffee, and paper towels home, but of course we could not bring olive oil on the plane.

This is a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is in an historic building right in the middle of Gamla Stan. It is about a minute walk to the old town square, and just a few minutes to the palace, cathedral, and water/docks. The apartment is spacious and the bed comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of space for preparing meals and a large table and refrigerator. There was a slight bit of noise outside on the street our first night (we stayed here five nights), but it soon died down and we slept well each night.

A great stay in Old Town Stockholm
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Standard One-Bedroom Apartment

It is in old town and can be noisy at different times of the day and night. The shower is a challenge, so if one had any mobility issues it would not be good. Hot water is limited, but they warn you of this, so it was not a real problem.

The location is great! Right in the heart of Gami Stan (Old Town) walking distance to everything, although sometimes a long walk. It is the oldest house in Stockholm and has a lot of character. It was very spacious and on the ground floor. You cannot take a taxi directly to the apartment, but they will get you within a couple of blocks.

2nd floor without a lift and we have a toddler in a buggy… but we coped! One of the lights didn’t work and also the blind in the lounge was really fiddly.

Really close to everything. 15 minutes walk from central station and a similar time to go to slussen to catch the ferry to museums and zoo etc. Literally a minute’s walk to a road with restaurants and shops. The flat was really convenient with the key codes and inside it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were really happy with the flat and wish we could have enjoyed it for longer.

Great apartment for a few nights stay in Stockholm
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Studio Apartment
    • Stayed 2 nights

It was fairly noisy overnight - but it was a trade off for staying in the old town. Kitchen is small - so mainly for reheating pre-made meals (no oven, only microwave and stovetop) rather than cooking. I wouldn't recommend this apartment if you are not good with stairs.

Located in the old town - close to everything. This is a great apartment for a couple of nights stay, beds were super comfy, had Netflix available (great for kids after a big day of exploring) and washing machine. Apartment was clean with great windows that looked onto the street.

There were blankets but no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed (we made the reservation for three people) The kitchen was well equipped but it would have been REALLY nice to have some coffee to go with the coffee maker.

The location was great, the building was beautiful and fun to be in. It was very clean and the instructions were all clear.

There could be some complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen - otherwise the kettle & coffee machine are just useless.. You should also fix the TV and the door entrance to the building. Lack of working TV makes a really bad impression.

Location, and the old vibe. Also comfortable beds are a big Plus! On the sign you could say that ' The amount of hot water is limited ' (explaining that the boiler has a finite capacity of hot water that takes several hours to re-heat once used '. 'Restricted is a bad word and puts people off.

It is hard to open the door and the instruction isn’t clear enough on how to open the door esp for someone from other place. Hot water for shower is limited so beware if going during winter. Lucky I went during spring to summer so it is fine. Bathroom so small and the window’s blind in the bedroom are broken so took time to cover it.

The location is perfect, located in the old town. Near to station and point of attraction there.
