Everything was pretty good. Only didn't like that showers water temperature was always changing despite leaving it on one setting.

It's in the city centre and near main bus station. Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Whenever asked for helped, always received it.

Quite a tight space for a twin room. Wouldn’t be an issue if using as a double instead.

Nicely appointed room. On the snug side for a twin room (would be better as a double) but was still comfortable enough. Great breakfast.

For those arriving by car, parking is a bit challenging, you have to look for parking garages, which are however located very close. The hotel does not have its own parking lot

One minor thing - the rooms panoramic window was not cleaned properly, which was a shame because the view from the top floor was simply mindblowing 🙂

A very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel has no parking, but it was clearly stated in the description. Very friendly staff and pu dog was welcomed too. Fantastic city view from the top floor 🙂. The breakfast was very nice too!

Very poor choice at breakfast for vegans. Maybe we should have mailed our dietary requirements prior to our stay but in this day and age, should vegans have to register special diet needs prior to a visit? That is disappointing. Around 10% of the Swedish population is vegetarian or vegan. During our breakfast visit there was only watermelon in the fresh fruit section. Didn’t see any plant-based alternatives in either cheese or cold cuts section. No clear labelling of bread to say whether it contains milk powder. My teenage son had only watermelon for breakfast. Not a great energy boost to start the day!

The breakfast was finished too early 9.30 - should be at least until 10. At 9.15 the staff started to clean out the breakfast and I felt that I needed to hurry. There where food missing/ already finished when I arrived for breakfast.

The staff was quite noisy with their room doors, slamming them in the night. The air is a bit dry in the room.

The superior room was nicely designed and spacious, comfy and clean. Big windows with the view to the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, different menu choices. Modern and spacious bathroom was also nice.

The staffers were extremely helpful and warm. The location is very convenient, adjacent to a mall and other fine shops. Breakfast was fulfilling. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

I found bed too soft. But that is subjective. Lighting switches are sluggish and located weirdly, but nothing one can't get used to. So nothing really bothered me there. I must note I stayed there for 2 nights only.

Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Mainly scrambled eggs, bacon and bread. But also plenty of small things to add. All of good quality. Room size is adequate. Especially if you are not planning to spend there much time. Bathroom is also of adequate size and convenient to use. I selected room with window, so view was also good. Located close to main bus station.

The hotel is strategically located in the centre - it’s within walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. The staff were helpful and the checking in/out process was easy.

There were no kettle in the room to have a cup of tea, and it was uncomfortable. And breakfast was a little bit poor as for me.

It was a good located hotel with a great view from the window, cozy room, friendly and helpful personal.

Very nice atmosphere in the hotel, not much stress of a typical business hotel. Explanations in funny style give you a smile on your face 😄
