Your breakfast is still boring. You check all the boxes, which means you have everything, but it's boring. Why not have an egg stand where someone makes eggs anyway you want? So many good examples of that around at other hotels.

Location. It was close to everything I did, and close to the train station.

The room felt like someone had turned the cleaning cupboard into an extra room, squashed in between the elevator and the corridors with the proper rooms. Terrible view, couldn’t have the blinds open as it felt like you’re on a screen for others to watch. Not at all a nice room for a weekend get away. Very cold.

The bathroom was a bit outdated, but had both shower and tub, so overall ok. The breakfast tends to be a bit crowded.

Really good breakfast in a nice hotel. The staff is helpful and professional, the check-in process smooth and the room is stylish and I really liked the Rituals toiletries.

The bathroom lamp was a bit epileptic.

Brilliant to be able to get a decent vegan breakfast, however, it would have been nice if the scrambled tofu had any flavour. If I had made it I would have put some black salt in it...

Not so much place to store your cloths in the smaller(cheaper) rooms. There was a bit of smell in the room. The service at the spa have some weird rules... You can order drinks from the pool, but only with your phone scanning a QR code that sends you to a half broken webpage written in foreign language (not swedish, not english) we didn't manage to order from the webpage and the staff that comes with the drinks refused to take the order at the pool. Need to pay upfront directly at the bar that is located far away from the pool. We were also not allowed to set the bill on the hotel room.

The heating in the room was hard to maintain! A shower without a curtain or shower box is always made even with a high degree of mindfulness, which makes the bath wet.

I liked the location and the overall facility. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always open to help.

Not much to complain. At morging rush you might have to wait for the elevators, even though there are several of them.

Fantastic breakfast. Fast check-in, friendly staff. Location just a few minutes walk from Arlanda Express.

All good. We didnt use the pool on roof as a bit expensive for a family of four...

This is a lovely hotel - staff were super friendly with the kids the room was comfortable and big enough for all of us and the breakfast choices were amazing. The location is super close to the train station nip in through the air train link as google maps tried to send us the long way aroudn and that is much quicker! Also stored our luggage and great place to chill .

Room was way too hot and it was impossible to adjust temperature myself. Tea cups have not been replaced, pillows are very small and flat, also more pillows would be appreciated. Generally bedding was not very comfortable. Very low quality old hairdryer, would never use something like that on my hair that just burns and not dries the hair. No personal care items provided (like a shower cap, cotton buds and discs, etc)

Location a bit off compared to most similar hotels, somewhat longer walk to main shopping district and most major attractions. Location compensated by slightly lower prices than the competitors. Breakfast as such good but very crowded on a Friday. Better the second day Saturday when opening hours were extended until 1100 hrs.

A big chain hotel with everything you could expect. Bar, restaurant, fitness room, pool, spa, big conference centre etc. Indoor parking below ground level (not belonging to the hotel but available). Modern and clean rooms. Easy walking distance to main railway station, metro central and Arlanda Express.

Fabulous stay here for our wkd in Stockholm. Had a family room for two adults and two children. Room was in the pointy bit of the building lol and was triangle shape, but was a really good size for the four of us. Breakfast was amazing, never had so much choice. Busy at the wkd but always able to find a seat and plenty of food, no queues. They open an extra area at the wkd as well. Location was 10/10. Literally two mins to the station and 20 mins on the Arlanda Express back to the airport. Would love to come back.
