SwedenThe asian girl in the bar saturday night the 24th of february. She was rude and very obnoxious. I stood at the bar waited to order a glas of champagne and a drink for my husband. She didnt lift her head to say hi or welcome and I stood there for a couple of minutes with my credit card in my hand showing my intention to make an order but no response. Finally I asked her if I may order and then she said NO you have to order in the resturang. WTF! How should I know, she could at least have told me. I turned around with out buying anything.
The breakfast was excellent and I also told the staff when i left. The location is great and close to the fair And the girl at the reception was lovely and we felt welcome

NetherlandsGenerally the hotel needs a full refurbishment - the days of showering standing in a bath tub are surely numbered in 4*** hotels? The restaurant was incredibly noisy thanks to overloud piped music and an over-amplified solo musician armed with keyboard and effects.
It was all OK, apart from lousy coffee at breakfast. Incredibly helpful staff from check-in to room cleaning to restaurants. Location ideal for us because of work at the adjacent concert hall. Pleasant and easy walk to city centre.

SwedenThe breakfast room was spacious and there was a lot of variety to choose from. I also noticed a lot of dogs in the room, which told me that the hotel is also a pet friendly hotel. There was also gluten free food at breakfast. My room was spacious and although the bathroom was a little small, it did not feel as an issue because of the extra space in the room. As a bonus, my room also had a balcony which provided a view of the city (facing Liseberg, the Gothenburg City Library, and the Gothenburg Art Museum). The location of the hotel was great, as it is located next to the Gothenburg City Library. Parking on site (with additional fee) was possible, which made the stay even better.

NetherlandsI accepted paying more than average so we could use the hotel structure and in the end we didn't. The lobby is quite small and the conference area seemed to be closed. We couldn't find the gym and pool. There were no signs for it when they had a lot of signs for the conference area. You need to book the sauna in advance. The TV has only 10 channels, only one news channel in English and all the rest in Swedish.
The location is great! Really close to the airport shuttle bus stop and close enough to the city center to walk almost everywhere. Several museums nearby and some good bars. They also have an amazing continental breakfast with a huge variety of products, and a perfectly slow cooked creamy omelet (if I can call it omelet, It had a flan texture).
