Good comfortable room near the central station of Stockholm. Location is ideal to visit the old town but also for boat trips around Stockholm. All musea are easily reachable with bus or tram. It has an excellent breakfast buffet.

We had a family room with access to a small roof terrace. Very lovely, quiet and comfortable. Busy breakfast in a small restaurant but very good. Location is unbeatable - 5 mins to every conceivable form of transport.

I don't have anything to complain

Location: Very easy to get from Arlanda Airport to Freys. [you just take the Arlanda Express, which is one level down with the elevator, in the airport]. It gets you to Stockholm Central Station and from there, 2 minutes walking and Freys Hotel is just there. Surroundings: The hotel is close to the center, old town etc. Few minutes away walking even for people who don't like walking that much. Royal Palace is a must seen , Paradox Museum HIGHLY RECOMMENDed!, Aifur/Viking restaurant - nice vibes, affordable prices, funny introduction to people arriving there. TIPS: Try and book it as soon as you arrive as it's always full! Last but not least: Stockholm panoramic view ❤ to see the old town from above - easy to get, not too steep. Rooms: cozy, antique vibes, it was a bit cold but the blankets are good to keep you warm. Breakfast: Deliciiiiooooouuuuusss!!!! Everything you would like to eat in the morning. Customer Service: Exceptional!! We missed choosing a double room and had a twin room instead (we are a couple). However, I told them before arriving the mistake and we were welcomed with a topper mattress to have the double bed we wanted! <3

Smelly odour in bathroom, dismal shower head and rail, no power point in bathroom for electric shaver, great hot breakfast if you are not a vegetarian. Room is a touch small for two.

Great location, walk to shops, restaurants and museums. Kettle in room for hot cuppa.

Gym area is poor ,the rooms has cold floor,luck of sleepers in the rooms,for the breakfast a bit more choice of cheece and maybe some more hot dishes like an omelette or friend eggs.

Rooms were very small. Shower was odd and the bathroom got saturated every time you showered. No where to have a drink during the day.

Friends of ours that also stayed had an unfriendly encounter with the bartender. Rooms & bathrooms are very small. No where to put large luggage.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. I accidentally made a double booking that I didn’t realize until check-in. They fixed it with no penalty. The breakfast was a amazing. Don’t miss the fresh breads as you weave your way through the breakfast line.

We got a small room which close to the conference room. It’s not nice when we opened the door and met strangers. That room 317 should be a store room more than the guest room.
