I did not like the extremely small toilet room. And the little desk in my room was also small enough for me to get annoyed by that.

I liked nearly everything including very friendly service, easy acces to nessesary information in English, key and acces system, good breakfast buffet and nice location. The location is only 5 minutes from the city center (by car) and yet just next to a lake and lots of trees. I also like that the place is quiet and has elevator.

The walls are a little thin so you can hear the guy snoring next door, toilet flushing etc, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

We booked the hotel for Ironman Kalmar. It's in a perfect location not far from registration / transition and it sits on the bike and run course which was great for spectators. Breakfast was good. Parking was great. We had a shared shower on the hallway and that worked just fine. No problems at all.

The gluten-free options at breakfast were a bit limited, as was the dedicated parking area, so when we rented a car we usually had to park it elsewhere.

The amount of room cleaning [once during our week-long stay] was just right. We liked the view over the sea, and fund the guest kitchen very clean and well-equipped.

This is not a big deal but I would like to suggest that they add warm food for breakfast and offer complimentary coffee for hotel guests instead of charging SEK 20.

I like the location and the family room. It is perfect for 3 people. The staff are nice and they placed us in a good area fronting the waters.

The hotel staff were great and gave the room at 1pm instead of 3pm BUT was asked to pay again even though i had already paid With a little hesiatation and tiredness i paid again They have admitted they charged me twice and awaiting a refund ...HOPE i get it back Would have given this place 10/10 becuase it was that good ...but they charged me twice

Beds were very narrow, definitely not a normal twin size bed. Attached toilet/sink room was so small could barely close the door. Really could only use that room leaving the door open. Walls thin. Could easily hear people talking in the next room. Reception more involved with doing other things than worrying about guests. I did not think to much of it when I went to reception the first time but I went on four different occasions and each time staff was too busy chatting with each other, playing on a computer or doing other things to notice someone standing at the reception desk.

We were able to check in early because our room was ready when we arrived. Shower room large enough to have a wet and a dry area for dressing.

The location is close to the city centre, walking distance. Room was smaller than expected, but just ok, while bathroom was bigger than expected. The breakfast was average, with a local bread, salamies, cheese, etc.. and I liked the taste. The staff was super nice and helpful.

While there is a wide and appealing choice for meat-eaters for breakfast, vegans are limited to bread, marmalade and some vegetables. Some days perhaps vegan yoghurt. At least one vegan spread would be highly appreciated, and I would o nicely along with the hotel's declared efforts for sustainability.

First night we slept very poor due to very thin mattrass (3 cm only) on a bed with spirals (could feel them whole night). We complained, and the next night we got a much thicker good mattress. Having the real mattress we had a good night sleep. Such a mattrass should be standard, especially in the comfort rooms.

We had a comfort room, which is very spacious. Quiet area, free parking, easy walk to centre. Bathroom was also spacious, but quite simple. The shower was powerful. The room also had a sofa.
